Apartment should've been cleaned when arriving, however everything was dirty. Even the dirty dishes from the previous person was still there. When complaining about this, they don't take you serious.
I wrote a final complaint e-mail, but never received a response...

Not even worthy of one star. Been with this company over 12 months. Have given them every chance to improve given they were a new start up. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Owed money from guest stays over 6 mths ago. Empty promises to follow up and all the same issues as every other review. Consistent themes include poor communication with cleaner, bills for property mgt services that don’t occur, useless offshore call centres, incorrect listing information on booking sites, missing payments, no response to emails or only partial responses with all the too hard questions ignored, listings constantly taken down and host names changed because of poor reviews on other properties. Was told recently my listing was removed and eventually changed (for about the 6 time) because the host (and chill employee) was blocked by AirBnB due to poor reviews on other properties. This company is unconscionable and clearly have no idea how to run a property management business. They are all gloss and no substance. I’ve been trying to contact them for over a week now and have not had any response (this happens regularly). Would not be surprised if they are trading whilst insolvent. Have lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading and it seems I’m not alone.

- staff like no IQ acting too oversmart all the time ( Mark who is manager - i had his profile photos and personal number,already reported police about he let guests stay at my property without permission.
- cleanning is terrible- same like when guests stay
- allowed any strangers even used drug at my property- i have photos evidence

BEWARE! I have been a real estate agent for 13 years, and an air bnb host for 5. They have point blank refused to pay the money the themselves agree they owe me on the invoices they sent not to mention they add miscellaneous charges they can’t explain so halve your revenue and refuse to pay that. The property managers and ceo don’t respond to emails and do nothing, months later they have not paid me. They kept telling me there was no bookings despite an 80 percent occupancy rate prior to them taking over and then on one of the days there was allegedly no one there my sister arrived to find someone staying in my apartment who had a 4 day stay. They stilll haven’t paid me what is owed months after ending the agreement. I am now pursuing them through the court system. DO NOT USE THIS company. Please do yourself a favour

I had the misfortune of having and chill manage my property. I have since changed agents. They have refused to give access to the trust account so at this stage I have no idea how much they have cost me. I am in contact with other people all over Australia who have been ripped off by this company. We are all taking action either through Department of Fair Trade or the courts via lawyers. I can not say one good thing about my experience with Andchill airbnb property management. They promised the world and delivered nothing of what they said they would do.
They say that they will manage the property professionally, ensuring that you can just chill while they do all the hard work. The reality is something different.
First up I paid $8,000 for them to furnish my apartment. I was really underwhelmed with their furnishing job. There was only one bedside table and lamp in each bedroom, and no art work on lounge room walls. They put in the cheapest Smart TV that I wasn't able to connect to Netflix. The TV did not even have a cord to enable it to connect to the aerial. I had to purchase that myself. I complained about there not being bedside tables and lamps beside the beds and they said sorry too bad, budget was spent. I just thought it was not good enough and I said i was happy to buy the extra tables and lamps myself. Then they lie to me and say that they got it from a direct importer but if I go to Freedom I could find similar. I then happen to stumble onto the bedside tables at Kmart for $19 a piece, and the lamps $12 each. I found all the other cheap furnishings at Kmart also.
They promised also to screen for the best guests. They do not screen at all. They let in anyone. I had so many complaints from the other residents in the apartment block on the standard of guests they were allowing in - causing havoc, parties all night, etc.
They promised professional cleaners that would make everything spick and span. What a joke. One third of the reviews for my property complained about the cleaning saying it was disgusting. There were so many bad reviews airbnb pulled the listing.
Then I just had enough of andchill and decide to cancel my contract. They empty out all the furniture and appliances I paid for and then left the place a complete mess. I had installed new carpet which was completely trashed. There were also items of mine removed from the apartment - a hall runner mat and a glass feature in the ensuite had been removed. The wall of the second bedroom was damaged with shelving they had put in and then taken out - and no attempt to repair the wall.
And to top it off they lost 2 full sets of keys! I never got the keys back from them. The keys are restricted keys that cost $165 a set to replace. After 3 and a half months of complaining I still do not have the keys back and they are refusing to compensate me for the damage to the carpet and the bedroom wall.
I recommend everyone stay well clear of this company. They made my attempt at turning my apartment into an airbnb a very stressful affair and a complete nightmare.

We stayed for 3 days in a modern near new townhouse in Leura only 5 minutes from shops Cafes and Restaurants. The location was ideal , near local tourist spots and handy to the highway. Interior decor was modern and contemporary with nice welcome touches from our host.

&chill has been managing my Mascot property since August of this year. I'm very happy with the returns and the upcoming bookings. Ive been dealing with Joseph since day one but have talked to Sid about the pricing of my property. Both have been a great help! When the lease for my Rhodes apartment ends I may be looking at bringing it onboard with &chill.

Pros. Finding a property manager that allowed me to be remote whilst still generating income was a super important aspect in choosing And Chill. After i dropped of my keys, I have not since met up with anyone which is a highlight - I moved interstate for work so even if I had to meet up with anyone it would be extremely inconvenient. + the monthly statements are like monthly surprise gifts. They take care of the petty maintenance work and have been extremely helpful in arranging some renovations between my property and neighbour and our fence.
Cons. Sometimes they’ll take 2-3 days to reply to my emails but they always get back which is fine
