Great grill! I have had 2 burners burn out and contacted the business I purchased the grill from and I was sent new burners from the manufacturer within a few days. Excellent customer service.

I have a built-in 30" natural gas grill. The battery operated igniters have worked very poorly from day one, the knobs have been loose from day one. I find that this grill has numerous hot and cold spots, and it doesn't provide even heat at all.

the only thing you should change is the option to order the frill with a flexible connection for the propane source other than a canister. I have been unable to use my grill because I have to have a different hose to connect to my house bib.

I did business with this company to purchase a replacement manifold for my grill. The first manifold arrived but it was the wrong part. I had several emails to correct, they acknowledged that they sent me the incorrect one and sent a replacement.... which unfortunately was the same incorrect part. I sent an email and for weeks they never responded.... I also called and emailed officers of the company... with no response.
Finally, I noticed they were an Amazon seller and filed a complaint.... and the correct part came in a week....interestingly with never a response.

solid grill, not too happy re: ignition feature, no battery but it works ,takes a long time to heat up over 800, maybe i'm just too old school. easy to set up. rear burner excellent, side burner, don't use it that much but is fine. needed to call company once, i don't know why, talked to a very nice person helped me and gave some tips, good conversation. so customer support should be better than average. expensive but worth it. it would be nice if they were to supply a "recipe, tips" brochure. highly recommend aog.
