Worst mistake I have ever made, they lied to my face and told me that i was ok to drive after calling my agent but he told me he was out of town but would be back in a couple days and said that i was ok to drive and we would square things up once he was back jn his office. Well later the next day i get pulled over and was sited for no insurance. Called my agent and told him what happened and said hed take care of it. NOPE my license got suspended because he never took care of it. I called and he acted oblivious to ever saying that even after confirming that i was good to trive and was covered until he was back. Absolutely he said, not a problem. F%$#&*n liar. They also screwed me over on a camper claim when I had a tire blowout 300 miles apart from each other what's caused so much damage that's a frame of the camper was buckled they had sent out an adjuster who had never done a camper claim before this I know because he told me I was his first one did not document all the damage that was pointed out to him including the bent frame after arguing with them for three years they're telling me that I need to prove that going around a sharp corner at 65 miles an hour and blowing a tire on us 40 foot RV how's the damage that was happening I've had many people take a look at it and they said that that has happened before but yet American family does not want to pay up I already had two payments given to me for repairs but on the repair work it's stated that they still need to get in and look at the structure of the RV but won't be able to do that until they could get it into the shop which had a 6 month waiting. And said that it was safe to call well now I have the wall cracking from slide to slide to slide all the way to the back cap the back wall is so rotted it's ready to fall off sidewalls detaching from the camper because the structure Mounds got bent the first claim that was made when we blew that tire it's hard all the electrical and gas to the kitchen which was not paid for and still hasn't been paid for and none of the components are working this RV should have been totaled out American family kiss my beep beep beep
