When I purchased a laptop online after 5 months it wiped all the data from the laptop and didn't work, after getting in touch with the Amazon chat room I received information on how to send the laptop back and what would happen when I did so. Very helpful and definitely feel more secure buying from Amazon again.

I am unable to walk many steps. I also live out in the country and not near any store. I am also plagued with chronic fatigue, so shopping is not possible. With Amazon I can easily order ANYTHING. It comes in about two days and right to my door. It is so easy to find what I want and have it sent...I love it!
