This was the last time I have ordered on amazon.de. I use their website in other countries but in Germany it seems to be a total mess.
Just to summarize the situation, almost every order I made this year was handed over to neighbours, because the delivery company couldn't be bothered walking up the stairs.
Amazon has assured it would never happen again and guess what? It did!
I mentioned various times that the items are being delivered to my elderly and sick mother but yet again items were given to wrong neighbours or not being delivered at all which caused my mother so much stress.

I ordered few products for furnishing my new house when I moved to a new city. The prices and products are good but deliveries were mostly messed up. Either they arrive earlier than expected when I am not home or later when I waited at home. Should have some sort of exact timings to hand in the heavy deliveries

Unfortunately i cant give zero, what horrible service. I ordered a pixel 3A XLand after 3 weeks i get a 3A. Instead of fixing something i have to send it back and when they receive it i get my money back. So my risk.

Offered free amazon prime trial. Tried it, cancelled it. But after few months noticed that I still have it and money have been quietly deducted from my account. No notifications, nothing. Like a damn scam.

So I wanted to buy an item with the account ballance, I used credit cards to raise the balance at 410 euro and have enough to buy the product. I made the order and after that I get a message about the fact that the account was locked because they seen suspicious activity on it. They already had my money on the account so I can't see what could be suspicious about the payment or anything else. The order was canceled and I lost a very good deal. I received at that moment an email that said thatvI need to log on the website and follow the instructions. I did and it said that I need to wait 24h for a response. After 3 days I get an email that says that my info was reviewed, but the account is still locked and I need to log on the website to follow the instructions. The website also says that the info was reviewed, the account was still locked, but I need to check for an email instead. Their contact number isn't working since two days ago. Also I talked with a representative two days ago and asked her how could this happen, why could my account be locked if it was new and I had money in the balance, no credit card. She said that maybe somebody has announced that my gift cards were stollen. She saw that I'm from Romania and if you're from europe maybe you know about the racism my people get and how we are all considered thieves and all of that, so I really did not appreciate her racism.

Much better than buying from Danish stores tbh. I only buy products with amazing reviews because then I'm almost guaranteed a good product!
EDIT: Many of the bad reviews seem to be people who are impatient with delivery or don't really get how amazon works. Like, no. You don't get the same kind of service you get from other stores, but you get some guaranteed (based on reviews) high quality products for a fraction of the prize.

Scam Online Shop.
I ordered a 200 Euro item from them. I received the item late and the box was very light. When I opened the package there was no product inside. I contacted them and they refuse to refund my money because the "Delivery was successful. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN!!!!!!!

I bought a Playstation 4 , and I received a towel dryer, I contacted amazon.de and they ask me for a Police Report, I did that, but they still refusing to refund me my money, I sent more than 10 email , I even contacted Amazon USA and it was useless, Amazon.de are very aggressive and almost they treated me like a thief, FORTUNATLLY I paid with Revolut Card, and I made a dispute with Revolute and Thanks of this bank I received my money after 48 days.
Shame on Amazon.de you are a big scammer

I find the service very bad. Even if they send products through another company, Amazon should make sure they arrive on time and oversee the whole process, because the product was ordered through their service. They don't do this. And they offer zero help when something goes wrong. They pretend they're helping you, but they're not really doing so. They don't care actually.

Don't expect any service from amazon de. They are very good at selling, but as soon as you have a problem with your item, you're fu...d.
It took 9 days before I had a voucher to sent my item back, and still I have to pay 13euro for shipping, because Bpost have any arrangement with Amazon.De. So I have to pay to send back an item under warranty, because Amazon don't wanna spend a dime for client support.
Update: Uiteindelijk toch nog een vriendelijke persoon aan de telefoon gehad, die mijn probleem aangepakt heeft.

Aprox 50% of the items ordered never get actually delivered, even when selecting a delivery center. The situation is just insane. Never faced anything similar while using Amazon.com or Amazon.uk . It is extremely extremely disappointing.

I have to use Google translate .... maybe wrong word or I will try briefly: So 3 different packages returned n.1000000 photos posted daily reply .... Impressum and de-deliveryinv ..... and chat daily from 16.07.19 do nothing but sleep there and now still amazon.com letting things go also to them but there will be no refunds on any of the return package postage from Finland to Germany. Eg package delivered 23.07.19 there but nothing i was in chat and asked where the refund was i told that my bank Visa card .... chat robot (alien) said money successfully returned visa ..... put a gift card balance but no postage and not visible? UPS is delivering packages constantly broken to my home .... Now then they did so when I immediately sent pictures of the package as always before opening - during opening and after opening .... According to their investigation the package has been delivered to the correct address and if I want to continue processing create and report the crime and send them a copy, police department and case number ... and so I did. I tried for over a week to get things done like before in similar cases but not anymore. They now have that crime report but do not do anything to sleep despite continuous email / chat contact (several times a day). That henceforth I have said that I can not continue ordering because they do not refund your money and do not take care of things and do not reflect any kysymiksiin that what I'm doing next UPS brings, mutilated package. Do you understand it is impossible to know what is in the amazon.de package they just told me that package delivered to right address so i know that YES i have package but what is inside the package no one can knows that....amazon.de thinks that every human customers have an x-ray eyes or machine in their home.... they have to see through the packages... OH my ... That one order returned item refund to my visa .... still in my gift card balance just emails check you visa and that's it refund is not my bank account visa card. Police crime report today week in there amazon.de and still no there is no human who fix this simple thing... one item from this package was ruined foot lotion 450ml they have pictures... no refund no replacement no nothing ... so i ask printable return labels for this 450ml ruined foot lotion but they did not give to me return labels... what i have to do 2 items are still missing never delivered to me just broken package somewhere in time taped again and crushed and drop or steal items and after that delivered to me YES 'UPS' PACKAGE but where are my orders products? Worst experience online ever!
So i was buying some things when it kept wanting me to check my information, so i did. Nothing happened. After severel attempts it just decided to work. Then because i forgot my f'ing password and types it wrong like 3 times or some s**t, it f'ing cancels my orders and now i'm missing an item because it got raised in price!!!
Right now i wanna slap that person that made that system and then take all his money!!!
UPDATE: I can now see they took my money but i don't know if i'll get my stuff now since i can't see them under orders.

I am a satified customer.
Quick delivery, great offers.
But some sellers are not so great and amazon should do something about that. Like Chinese sellers that ask for little money but charge expensive deliveryfees so you cannot never get your full money back. Or other oversees deliveries.
Keyline: when it looks to good to be true it usually is.
No other complains so far.

I love amazon! We order something every two weeks :) The delivery is super fast, prices are great. We are also using Amazon Prime Videos, it is absolutely worth to pay for such a service!
