AFTER MY CONSTANT CALLS TO NOTIFY AMANTEL OF MY ISSUES, SERIOUS FRUSTRATIONS AND DROPPED CALLS OR INACCURATE STATEMENTS OF (ONE EXAMPLE) HAVING 170 MINUTES LEFT BUT NOT ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLETE MY CALL!?!?!?!?!? THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES HAVE TO SPEND THEIR DAYS AND NIGHTS CALMING DOWN THEIR CUSTOMERS !!!

I just signed up for Amantel and immediately got a call from their "customer service". She wanted to get my card details. I opted for to buy it from the site which was giving me 380 minutes for $10. She said as a first time customer, if she buys it from me I will get 500+ minutes for $10, but she needs my card details. I asked her to call back in 10 minutes and googled about them. This landed me to trustpilot reviews. Thank GOD I didn't share my card details.

This a scamming telecom business, I deposit $30 for calling oversees just used once for 17 minutes and keep the rest for emergency call, now after 6-Months all the rest vanished, when I called the Amantel they told me you didn’t use your balance in 6-Months we changed your balance to zero.
This is a good and legal business for Bank robbers, no hassle, no jail, no shooting.

This is the worse possible service provider. They cheated me out of my money on my Bank Card. They advertise for 102 minutes of calling service to Iran. However when I placed the call, I was disconnected 7 times during my conversation. I was able to only talk for total of 18 minutes. I have called their representative in India and as usual they are very argumentative and kept saying that the deal expired. However, I went back to google and they still show that deal and even the deal still shows up on their personal website. Do not trust this company and do not ever share your credit card details. They are thieves out to get your money. I am going to call my Bank tomorrow morning to dispute the charges. I asked a female supervisor by the name of Sneha to honor the advertised deal, but she refused to extend my minutes, therefore they cheated me and ripped me off and I am extremely angry with Amantel for stealing from me!

OMG!!! BIGGEST SCAMMING TELECOM AGENCY EVER.....They are not worth even 1star.
This is the most ridiculous scamming company i have ever come across. The advertised minutes is 50% less of what you get. Its so frustrating to make calls even though you have over 400minutes. Customer service is extremely rude and clueless of what they do. Extremely rude bunch of Indian staffs that you can hardly hear what they say.
I called to complain that it was difficult to make calls as you keep dialling and all you hear is " The person you are calling is not answering now" just immediately you dial the access number provided to you. Its so annoying as you keep trying for over an hour with no luck.
The stupid agent that called himself Aman was so rude and tried to shut me down and when i told him he needed to listen to my complaint, he offered to cancel my subscription right away.
I understand they charge after you cancel them. i will be notifying my Credit card company about them.

I tried to sign up but kept getting error messages so gave up, figuring it might not be legit. 5 min later, i got a call from a guy with a strong India accent to get all my information. Then I thought I'd look up reviews, so glad I did, now I'm worried they're going to sell my email address and cell phone number.

They don't even deserve 1 star. They charge service fee randomly. Your card is charged but your pin is not available. You need to give them call to have your pin or money back. They try hard to put a blame on you even though your credit card is charged and you can't make a call. Such a dishonest company. Stay away from them.

First, you have to call a place where you can't understand the customer service. Them when finally give you the information, you can't use the card. My first call I try, I have 800 minutes but said the phone number is not in service, when I try again with the other "free number" to connect, I have 100 minutes, and said the number is not valid. Don't used this bad service. I give 1 start because if not I can't leave my review.

This phone card company is cheating customers by showing lower rate on their website . But every time they take extra 2 or 3 minutes when I make a call. If I talk 2 minutes they make it 4 minutes. If I talk 4 minutes they make it 6 minutes When I call customer service and ask why im loosing extra 2 minites they said that's how they operate their business. What a scam ! I will never buy this phone card ever again.

They have the worst service and they sell you minutes only valid for 6 months. They never tell you this before you are buying. One fine morning they tell you your minutes have expired and you need to pay them more to get your minutes back. also they want you to read FAQ's before you buy there minutes!!

I have been using this company for awhile and am getting frustrated with the way they charge without the minute being use. Every time I get cut off from like 2 to 4 mins and go back to check they will bill me for 21 mins... They kept on ripping me off. I load $11 all the time but I don't get to enjoy the mins.

Minutes used by customers are always inflated. For every call made, between 2 to 6 minutes, at a minimum, is added on to minutes used.

They are ridiculous. Customer support is sitting in India and asking stupid questions like "why are you purchasing these minutes?". I got irritated it is none of his business, I asked the guy why are you selling the minutes? Then he said he is trying to see if I am authentic. I was like in that case you ask for valid id not why I am buying these minutes. Very irritating and untrained customer service staff.

This company lets you create an account and tells you that as long as you continue to top up, your account will remain active.
This company conveniently chooses not to tell you is that your account will expire if not used for 6 months.
In other words they rob you of all your top ups and remaining balance.
Customer service refuses to help you or provide you with contact detail of their management team.

I was recently in Steamboat in Colorado and I was desperate to call home. I saw this offer by Amantel. I could not access the offer without an assistance from the company. Out of my desperation, I had to tell the agent the details of my card. Fortunately for me, I got an inner caution hence I used the card with little amount of dollars to my credit to subscribe for a five dollar service. I then had a credit balance of $2.51 in the card. To my surprise, on 19 April, I got this alert from my Bankers: Dear valued customer,
Your order of 15.00 at WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK on your FirstBank card **1428 on 19/04/2017 ; 5:55 was declined due to Insufficient funds. Your available balance is $ 2.51.
I wrote to Amantel complaining about this unusual transaction with my card thus : Good day
I subscribed for Call to Nigeria while I was in Steamboat in Colorado.
I remember that I gave the details of my card to your representative for the subscription to go through.
Since then, I have observed unusual transaction with my card. I will like to state that your organization was the only person or group who had the details of my card.
I hope that I would not need to involve the Police later.
Amantel did not respond to my mail!
The following day, I received another alert from my Banker informing me thus: Dear valued customer,
Your Purchase of 900.00 at iTunes.com on your FirstBank card **1428 on 21/04/2017 ; 12:43 was declined due to Insufficient funds. Your available balance is $ 2.51. You may contact us on the telephone number on the back of your card.
I believe that though I acted stupidly out of desperation, the organization (Amantel) is fraudulent.

You are better off paying a little more elsewhere. This service is costlier than advertised because you get maybe 50% of what you anticipated getting. Customer Service be-little whatever issue you are experiencing (i.e. billing issues, dropped calls, poor connection, no connection etc) and at the end of the day, your issue is not resolved and your account is getting plowed faster than "va-voom".
If you pay for this horrible and disingenuous service, you will be here within a week writing a beautiful review of how to stop the next victim. You will also wish there is a rating of (-)5 star when it's your turn.
