Backed this product on Indiegogo. They start shipping over a year late & all the reviews say that the product does not work as advertised.
As they were preparing to ship my product, I contacted Amabrush & asked them to refund my money & not send the product.
Amabrush refused to issue a refund on the basis that I supported on Indiegogo & not through their webstore. Ridiculous that they punish the people that initially believed in them & supported their vision ?
The very fact that they are refusing refunds shows that they do not believe in their product.
AVOID this company as their product does not work as advertised and their business practices are completely unethical.

I finally got my Amabrush. I had high hopes when I unboxed the awesome package, but product inside was complete rubbish.
The "brush" just vibrates. Nothing moves and it certainly does not clean anything. It is not broken, because there aren't any moving parts.
You get cleaner teeth if you tape your normal brush to your phone, enable vibration and ask someone to call you.
Do not buy!

Do not, I repeat do not do business with this company. Super scammers. False advertisement etc. They don't answer there Kickstarter customers. They block people on social media. 100% fraudulent company.

Just received an email notification saying that Amabrush have filed for liquidation and this is the end of the line for them. I can't say this news hasn't pleased me. I may have even laughed out loud.
I think it's absolutely disgraceful for them to have raised so much money from people, to deliver an entirely useless not-as-described product. Words can scarcely describe how badly Amabrush failed to deliver what it set out to. I'm shocked even now.
Fortunately, I managed to get a refund for the long-long-awaited strange gumshield/vibrator they sent me. As I understand it, most others weren't able to get a refund, and it seems some didn't even receive the unit.
Not receiving the toothbrush is literally not a loss. Anyone gutted they never got one, seriously don't worry about it. But, I do feel bad that you got scammed for your money like I did initially.
A terrible attempt at delivering a would-be great product, IF they did have genuine intentions. Not one bit sorry to see Amabrush come to an end, I just wish it was as a result of giving everyone their well deserved refund.

The brush does not produce any cleaning effect. Even large chunks of food are not removed. There is simply not enough motion on the bristles.
The paste distribution system is a joke. Only small amounts of paste appear in maybe 2 of the 16 holes on the mouthpiece.
The one-size mouthpiece does not fit every mouth and since it is rigid, may be unusable for many people.
The support staff is arrogant and dismissive.

I was looking for a new toothbrush experience. And there was Amabrush. Promising a 10 second cleansing of the teeth. Then I had to wait for months and months. Every now and then we would receive an update on the development process. I trusted their updates because I was glad they had high standards. A couple of weeks before I received my order I already read a critical review. I was hoping it was a glitch. I can promise you, it was not. After a couple of uses, I can honestly say: IT DOES NOT WORK! Yes, some teeth feel clean. But right where it needs to do its magic where most plaque is piling up (between the tooth and gum) there it does nothing. I tried several times in a row. But still nothing. So, a waste of money to me. The company should have never released the product as it is. It should have returned the backers a part of their money. You cannot convince me that they really thought it would work. I just will not believe it.

I feel scammed. The product seemed so promising, they have “proved” though study that Amabrush is equally efficient as a regular toothbrush. This is simply not true.
The Amabrush toothbrush quality is about the same as if you used your finger without toothpaste. It is horrible... so disapointed..

Long story short, they lived richer for about 3m $ and we did poorer for about 120 $ each (shipping included) as a proud (?) crowdfunder myself.
I just received my basic set after 2 years of patience, the mouthpiece is enormous more suitable for the Jaws buddy from the James Bond movies, the paste amount is so small i even tried pouring some real touthpaste on the mouthpiece and the vibration vibrates nothing. Teeth cleaning results are more than a huge dissapointment, the total experience is so bad as it takes 5 minutes to prepare the whole thing just to end up NOT cleaning your teeth for 10 seconds. Now imagine it took 2 years or more to engineer that non sense gimmick and the official retail price will 50% more expensive than the early bird one... So good luck fellow beta testers we are on the same boat and yeah... i will stick with my traditional super effective manual brush of course. Finally i consider this as one of the greatest snatches ever, so why robber a bank? Just pretend you invented a time machine in Kickstarter.

Total garbage.. does not clean teeth at all. The idea is great and the box was awesome and the product is very nice. But does not clean teeth at all. Ever.
Sorry. I really think this is the future but for right now - waste of money.

I backed Amabrush on Kickstarter in 2017 and I received my Amabrush yesterday. Without having read any reviews about the product I was pretty excited. Packaging and product look decent. The toothpaste capsules look classy. The app works and connecting with bluetooth is also perfect. So how does it brush?
The first frustration was the pump. When finally the toothpaste came out I tried to brush with it, many times in different ways. It felt like it didn't clean at all, my manual toothbrush could have done a better job. The mouthpiece is also so big that it's really uncomfortable.
How can that be? Did I miss something? Regardless of packaging, looks, connectivity, etc, it needed to do one thing. And it does not. I tried to reach customer support but I couldn't find any other resource than the support page.
I would rather have received an e-mail that everything was a dream that didn't come true, as now I have wasted my time on it as well.

Worthless! Teeth feel (and are really real) still dirty after 3x "brushing" with Amabrush. After the first charge was empty I did not get it charged again ..... it keeps blinking. Unfortunately the site disappeared from the internet ....

Forget the waiting times (which were quite frankly ridiculous. I honestly thought I’d be onto dentures and getting sustenance from mashed up goo by the time the product arrived, despite the wonderfully inspiring emails). Forget the fact that it’s nothing like the original concept that we were promised (think of that Saturday morning when you woke up and suddenly realised the stunner you’d gone to bed with, after fifteen pints or three bottles of wine, was actually some boggle-eyed-womble-troll more akin to a wombat than you can believe).
This is a toothbrush. A toothbrush!! That doesn’t brush teeth! Millions of pounds raised in a hugely successful funding drive. Years of redevelopment. Countless flash emails telling us of great things from nonsensical institutions that presumably deal with teeth and teeth brushing endeavours. One simple concept. Revolutionise the simple act of brushing your teeth. Turn two minutes every morning and evening into just twenty seconds a day. Saves years of your life apparently. Makes it so simple. A dream. The future. A miracle. A TOOTHBRUSH THAT DOESN’T BRUSH TEETH!!!
The act of wrangling the enormous mouth piece into my mouth and biting it, actually produces more cleaning effect than the strange vibrator does. Forget about the toothpaste and the dispenser system. It’s as useful as a perforated prophylactic.
As another reviewer mentioned, I’m actually more disturbed by the amount of un-recyclable landfill that has been created.
Save your pennies folks. Buy a bamboo brush and then, when you’ve used enough of those bamboo brushes...... build a fire and burn your Amabrush!!

After sales is not handling the case properly and tries to escape responsability.

Haven't even gotten it yet. Complete garbage company. Should not trust anything by this creator. Probably took most of the money and spent the last few years figuring out how to hide as much of it as possible while putting out a garbage product from the look of the other reviews.

Package and product look very nice
But it does not clean teeth at all
The handpiece vibrates and that’s all what happens- the mouthpiece does not brush anything
Hope they will dispose of this useless element properly at least

Yet another person swindled by their Kickstarter. Paid my US$150 or so for the brush and some extra accessories. Never received anything, and now see they are liquidating. But hey, I have 32 update emails for memories!

Just a friendly warning. Don't buy this. Don't be fooled by the fancy packaging. It's all pretense. I backed the Amabrush on Kickstarter in August 2017, it only just arrived yesterday and it's completely useless. The mouthpiece is big and uncomfortable and I really doubt it covers all of my teeth no matter how I place it. The toothpaste doesn't come out unless I basically rape the paste button (the paste capsules are also not refillable even though they claim they are) and the vibrations do nothing. Literally NOTHING. My mouth feels no different, teeth are still rough and feel dirty. This is a scam. I want my money back.
