I never take the time to write a review - but this experience with this company is the worst customer service and experience I have ever had. First - after we booked our transfer we didnt receive a booking confirmation. So we had to call them for several days to make them to send it, but that is what it is. We were going to land at 10.20 in the morning in Geneva. 1,5 hour before we land we receive a sms/text saying that the transfer will leave at 14.30 (so over 4 hours after our flight lands!) we try to call and text back to say that this must be a mistake? But no answer. When we land at 10 we finally get a hold of a english speaking girl (I think her name was Trisha) who is probablt the most rude person I have talked to. We try to explain that it is not ok to message us such a late departure time 1,5 hour before we land, and if they could pick us up earlier, NO. Nothing to do. Then I asked for a refund, because then we have to book another way of transfer to Verbier. She says, in a very rude and rushed way that ywah that is fine, you can get a refund, so I say ok but how does it work, and she just say so I dont have time to talk to you anymore, I have other customers. So she wont talk to me anymore to let me know how we will get the refund, nor will she send a confirmation of it on email. So we call back several times, where we ask them to send the confimation email - she says in a rude way again, that she will and hangs up. We never receive this refund. The other bus (Alpybus) is fully booked, so we cant go on that one, so we have to buy a super expensive train ticket. We keep calling them for days. Finally I talk to a guy (think he is called Nigel) that is a bit more service minded (at least i thought so) and says that he will send the confimration of the full refund in an email now. But the refund wont be payed until next week (which is totally fine) We do not receive an email from them still. We try call again the day after - and now he says he need to confirm with the lady that we spoke to if this is true?! So now we have to battle with this, and argue if she said this on the phone or not. I have sent so many emails and called so many times. This was in easter (so almost 3 weeks ago) and we still havent heard back from them, nor of course received our refund!) The absolute worst customer service you could imagine.

I booked a shared transfer from Geneva to Verbier for a flight arriving at 9:05 allowing to clear the baggage hall it was implied on the booking that the tanager would leave at 10:00. As it turned out they allocated a group to our buses that was scheduled to land at 9:55! Clearly they would never make it through customs and baggage by 10:00! We eventually left the airport at 10:40 and we had landed at 8:51 so we had to wait almost 2 hours for our transfer to leave. Considering this company markets itself on reliability and punctuality I find a wait of 109 minutes unacceptable
