After many other other online stores taking my credit card details despite not having the product I was looking for available for delivery, I contacted optimo and front start to finish they were fantastic. Great customer service, and delivered from Qld to Vic in 4 days.

Fantastic range of products available from fitness and exercise through to physio braces, supports etc. Unfortunately sourcing the brace I required from pharmacies meant that if I purchased the item (unseen) I could not return it. Not so at Optomo, they have a refund policy so if its not suitable, doesn't fit etc you can return the item.
I've already recommended the site to the pharmacy so they can source these items and carry Optomo stock for customers.

ordering was easy, payment had good options - if you dont have credit card you can pay via debit account (which in my case was very handy!) and status ordering to track the parcel was more than useful.

As above. Sizing guides for clothing need to be more accurate & if you're advertising that compression shorts are suitable for both men & women, you need to add a size guide for both genders & not just rely on height. Your sizing guide is inaccurate & unhelpful. The shorts I bought I cannot wear as they are so big as to be ridiculous.

I am very happy with the tennis elbow strap. Of all the straps I saw I loved the adjustable tennis elbow strap with pad the best. I bought it and got an email soon after that it was being processed, but a week later I heard nothing else. When I phoned I was told that they had been waiting for stock and then found out it had just come in, The gentleman Ben Daniel was wonderful on the phone and very appologetic for the delay, later that day I received an email from him that the order is being shipped that same day. What great service and I received the strap 2 days later.
I think the Customer service on the phone is exemplary, but I would have loved to have gotten an email to let me know that the stock was not available. Otherwise I am very happy and have been recomending my friends to shop with you.

This online store has some really great products and the prices are very reasonable. I'm not too sure about the method of shipping. For the price you pay it isn't express. I am the manager of couriers within my company and it doesn't cost that much for regular post and for that price it should be express. Did I mention great products though? I have this site in my favourites list and will buy again.
