It may not be correct for customers to pay for shipping when it takes 14 days and they have even offered to refund the shipment if it does not arrive within one week (estimated for 3 days on the website) it took a good 14 days with a lot of communication, and since the dog can not wait for his bath, purchasing another product, never will use this in advance very expensive product again and will deprive anyone to trade with the company
