I ordered 1 - 2XL M65 Field Coat on Saturday 11/24/18 to be shipped to my office in Nashville, TN. To my surprise it arrived on Monday 11/26/18. Alpha sent me several emails throughout the shipping process. Jacket arrived just as advertised and the size was perfect for me. I have an original jacket from the 1970's and this jacket is an exact copy of that jacket. Very happy with my purchase and would order again.

Fantastic great service

I was a fan of Alpha Industries clothing for about 30 years. But in recent years the greed of this company has really gone out of control. Their prices have now climbed so high as to make buying anything prohibitive for me (based in the UK). The quality is fine, but nothing to scream about, so why the massive price hike on everything if it isn't simple greed? I suspect Alpha are simply cashing in (to the max) on their brand name via entering the fashion market.

There are now many manufacturers producing the same clothing at a fraction of the price. Take the M65 jacket and liner for example. Alpha wants about £200 for both in the UK (sometimes more) when you can get a perfectly decent German-made M65 with liner for under £50 here. I've now stopped buying Alpha for this reason.

Alpha Industries website in the US is also infuriating with its automatic redirection to the much more limited European website if you open the page up from anywhere in Europe. They don't even let you browse!

$500 leather jacket had a defect, Alpha does not offer exchanges to, or reply to emails of International customers (I-parcel is of no help). Return policy is asinine!

The quality of the product I ordered was great and the fit was great as well. My only complaint came in the form of shipping. The product took way too long in my opinion. It was ordered back in Dec 16, 2015 and I just received it on Jan 5, 2016. Will this prevent me from ordering from them again? Most likely no, because I suspect that some of the shipping issues came with my order being placed sometime near Christmas. Here's hoping that my next order doesn't take as long.

No issues with packaging or it efficient do not shop on major holidays you will experience a slight delay other than that phenomenal service amd great product.

If you need to return a item you Have to call to get return information and they charge you $12 to use there ups return label, that sucks

Coat fits very short on torso even with a larger size.

I love my son's jacket. It's really nice.

I was sceptical of the style of product I was buying because it was a gift, but it was well recieved and the jacket was amazing in quality. (Bomber jacket).
And the shipping was fast considering it was a holiday.

I ordered the MA-1 flight jacket in slim fit, Replica Blue and it's perfect, My dad had this jacket in the green and orange. I decided to order this jacket because it is nothing but quality. I'll probably order more but sizes go fast so get it while supplies last.

Ever since seeing Kevin Costner's green MA 1 in Bull Durham, I've been obsessed with flight jackets. Alpha is the premier company for these jackets. Great product. Sizing can be inconsistent, but they always allow exchanges. Sometimes the stock runs out too early as well. Otherwise, great stuff.

I just wish there was more colors for the Tall sizes instead of black and green.

Alpha Industries have the cooler jackets ever. I bought a Nasa flight jacket. I had no problems with the order. The jacket is awesome. I highly recommend Alpha Industries if you are looking for a cool jacket and are tired of the motorcycle style. Prepare for takeoff!

I made a mistake while placing my order with and double ordered.I'm living in Ireland so it would have been messy sending one back,the alpha team quickly remedied the situation,cancelled one jackets and refunded my account,great service

Love yor products but I purchased a wrong size and color so need to return but have not heard from anyone for over two days.

Could you please call or email me so I know what to do? Really would like to get the right jackets soon.

Easy to find any clotes that you need. But shiping cost outside of US so expensive.
