It was a painless experience from the initial phone call until our household goods were delivered. They handled the scheduling of the estimator, the moving company, and the delivery dates, AND they kept us informed at every step in the process. The price was competitive and the moving company did a great job. I couldn't have asked for more.

A positive experience at a stressful time

Allstate Van lines was an excellent choice to assist in my son's recent move.
They stayed in contact with us the entire time as we the transition from one state to another. The furniture was delivered on on time. be prepared for normal adjustments to weight. There enies a potential problem if you are not diligent and accurate in your belongings list.

My name ryan. They did a good job at moving our stuff fast and I was very satisfied with the move. I got everything I needed and was not that much. I recommend them.

After getting hounded by many moving companies saying that they were all wonderful, I didn't know who to trust. So I went with the one that provided a little extra effort. Danny from All States actually went to the photo's of our house on a realty web site to help fill out the inventory to get an estimate. Everyone else had me fill out a form. That extra effort made me decide to go with All States. Everyone else sounded like they should be selling used cars.

Once I was in the system, service was excellent. Paul from All States helped me through a couple rescheduling's with patience and without issue.

When the actual movers showed up, they couldn't be nicer. Sal and his crew did a great job of fully packing everything and getting it loaded. They actually did everything in one day. They then traveled 200 miles and unloaded the next day. They were cheerful and friendly and even took the time to have a friendly snowball fight with my 10 and 12 year old grandkids! They unloaded without complaint, even when we were a little flustered trying to figure out where everything went.

I realize that All States is a moving broker and the actual moving crew may be different so someone else's experience may vary, but I can honestly say that the level of service from start to finish was outstanding. They were fair and honest and I would recommend them to anyone.

The workers were very respectful and helpful to me during my move.
They showed up even earlier then they said and they called me in advance to find out my schedule.
All of my items were handled with care. The job was also completed in a timely manner.

This company was the best that I have used this far. Yes, I have used other companies and yes I also have some horror stories. Thankfully, Not this time! This company reminds me of some of the moving companies that the military uses for their personnel.

I had exceptional service from the first pone call through out completed delivery. I was in continuous contact, felt secure and safe in the whole experience. My two man team did everything they could to insure a safe delivery to the end of the move. Patrick, the wonderful, helpful man oversaw the trip and was there for me very step of the way. When everything was delivered the team made sure everything was in the place I chose. I could not be happier. My kids will we moving in a year and they too will be choosing this wonderful service as well. Excellence every step of the way!!!!

Except for the delivery being a few hours late and my not being kept up to date on this glitch, everything as as promised. The pick-up crew was amazing as was customer service.

After some difficulty with my deposit and balence due, the resolution department at All State called be back and made it right. Much releaved.

All state made my moving experience a pleasant one, both with the loading and unloading of our possessions. I would recommend this company to anyone planning on moving.

We were very satisfied with the service and it made our move much easier and more enjoyable. The service was fantastic. We had a lot of personal items with all the furniture that we were concerned about was handled in a very professional way. We did not have anything missing and nothing was broken despite that our belongings had to be stored for a certain amount of time before we had to wait to move into our new home. We have already expressed our satisfaction to many people that we know how every step of the way was done very professionally!! We highly recommend this company!!

Two young men backed in my drive, right on time. We discussed the plan, I showed them the challenge and they went to work. Three days later they showed up in my drive 943 miles later and placed the furniture and boxes in my new house. What can I say, all is well that ends well.

My Fiance and I recently contracted with All State Van Lines Relocation (Job#11455732-06-A) for our move from Bakersfield, CA to San Antonio, TX during the last week of November, and they were great to work with. This company has amazing communication, and great follow-up! They called to ensure the carrier arrived to pick up, as well as delivered all belongings on-time. They also follow-up a day/two after delivery to verify there was no damage. The carrier company assigned to our move, Sogdiana Van Lines, was incredible. They were extremely respectful, picked up our items right on time and they were even able to deliver our items days earlier than expected! We are very satisfied with the service we have received from both All State Van Lines, as well as Sogdiana Van Lines, and would definitely use/recommend All State Van Lines for any move in the future!

buy your own boxes pack only what you really want. some things can be bought new for the cost of its weight you pay for it to move. and damaged
items only pay 62 cent a pound so your 40 inch flat screen is only worth
$31.00 if broken or lost. cheaper to sell it for $50.oo and buy one for $250
less moving cost!

Have used All State Van Lines twice this summer and both times and both team movers were professional and courteous. On time and very helpful on both ends of move.

I've never used a moving company in my life. So this was the first time ever. They called me almost everyday helping me to get ready for this. If I had questions they had answers. I would recommend this company to others. And my experience with moving 1000 miles away made it better because of this moving company

I had no problems. They were prompt in arrival and prompt in delivery. Never had such an easy time with a moving company. Also got numerous calls prior to the move by various company people to offer to answer questions and just seemed that quality was of high importance to them. Would use them again.

We moved from CA to FL just as Hurricane Matthew was doing its thing. Like a cross country move isn't stressful enough, right? Add to this that both my and my partner's cell phones and my laptop got jacked out of our hotel room on the third day of our road trip, AND we had to coordinate an emergency side-trip to flood-ravaged North Carolina to rescue a relative stuck without power. The ONLY smooth part of this move was working with All State Van Lines. Their customer service is A+ first-rate, starting with Drexel who gave us an over-the-phone quote that was within $50 of the actual final charge based on weight, to Miguel Pech who packed our stuff and got it all delivered safely and unscathed, to the customer service representatives who consistently showed such compassion and concern helping us to coordinate our furniture delivery around all our unexpected circumstances. They picked up and delivered my household items quick and right on time. Everything was wrapped and secured no damages when i checked all my items. They notified me when the delivery was going to happen and the final price before my items got to my location.

The pickup crew was well organized and competent wrapping and moving items systematically.
A contact person answering questions and concerns called daily to inform me about progress and time of arrival.
Driver called an hour before arrival. Boxes and furniture were placed at the destination as directed. No damage occurred in transit or St delivery.
Overall I was very satisfied despite information delayed between driver and Financial department regarding zeroing account.

Moving is never easy, but All State Van Lines really came through for me. The movers were careful and nothing was broken. And I actually got money refunded after the move!
