I was worried that they won't pick up on time and I spoke with Shenika, I think that's her name and she was great. She put me at ease. Don't know what they're do without her.I would recommend to everyone!!!

The 2 men that moved my entire house were the most careful gentlemen I have ever dealt with in moving. I have moved 13 times in 10 years and have used several other moving companies that always resulted in a negative experience. These guys stick with you 100% of the way and they have incredible customer report. I will specifically request the 2 guys from MO again any time I move again. They were amazing.

I had a great experience with All State Van Lines Relocation. They moved all of the things I requested from one NY location to another location in NJ. They arrived early and worked late. They were all friendly and attentive. It was an easy move, in my opinion, only a few things from NY to NJ. However, they were pulling into my driveway in NJ seconds behind me. My moving experience with Van Lines was highly satisfactory from start to finish! The telephone arrangements made me feel like a queen. A deposit was only required after listing the inventory of my house contents, which was great. Follow-up calls before the great trek reassured me of there's no job too big with Van Lines. The customer service was excellent. I was notified a day before of the specific time to move me out and half an hour before on the actual day. Two movers efficiently loaded my belongings and carefully boxed and packed when I ran out of boxes. Unpacking and moving me 600 miles away was even better. There were five individuals to move me in. It took the whole day and the diligent workers never took a break - which was very impressive! By the time they left, my place was livable with only few boxes in the living room. I would recommend All State Van Lines to anyone with relocation requirements!

We moved from Indianapolis to Las Vegas. All State Van Lines made our move mostly painless. As far as moving can go. They kept in constant contact to make sure we knew how everything would work. They arrived in a timely manner and were fairly nice. Because they charge by weight our actual cost was much less than our quote which was a relief. Everything arrived and nothing was broken. I would recommend all state to anyone moving across the country.

I chose All State Van Lines to move me from Texas to California. They had the best price and the delivery time met my needs. They were on time friendly and were care packing my things for the move. The dispatcher kept me informed where the truck was and when it would deliver my things to California. They arrived on time. Nothing was damage or loss. They did an excellent job. I got charged more than my quote. It's impossible to get in contact good customer service, Won't use it again.

Everyone involved with my move gets 5stars. They were helpful, polite and did there jobs well.

All State was VERY professional - they called before, during and after the move to be sure all was ok.

HOWEVER - the moving company they contracted with to do our move (for our aged parents) doubled the price of the move. When we called All State and told them, we were told it was now "after the fact" and there was nothing that could be done. We have the original quote with the items that were to be moved. We also have the itemized list (from the movers) of what WAS moved. No one at All State was willing to go over (compare) the lists to see where the doubled charge came from. Every time I called and talked to All State I was told the same thing - it was after the fact and it would do no good to compare the original quote and itemized list from the mover.
We originally paid an $1011.83 deposit. When we were called and told it would be $2167.76 instead of the original quote - I took it to mean the total cost of the move would be $2167.76 instead of the quoted $1709.07.....about $450 more.....sounded reasonable. What they were actually saying was that it would be 2167.76 in addition to the original deposit - so a total of $3179.59. Almost double the original quote. An additional $1470.52.

The moving company had copies of the truck scales with the weights before and after, and they claimed there was an additional 1800 lbs.........only thing I say about that is they must have loaded our folks load and another before going to the scales the 2nd time. Your company has copies of both lists........look at them, compare them, and someone show us where the additional 1800 pound could have "POSSIBLE" come from.

Again, my wife and I were very pleased at the constant contacts from All State......very professional.

But, we believe the moving company YOU contracted with to do our folks move flat out cheated us. It is All State's lack of care and action that surprises us.......

We are asking All State to do a comparison of the lists and to call us with an explaination of where the moving companies extra 1800 lbs could have possibly come from.

Overall we had an efficient move.

While the pick up and delivery was satisfactory (minor damage to a professional toolbox and a missing curtain rod), the communication from corporate regarding the delivery time and balance due was non-existent. The only person who notified us of the expected delivery date and the final amount due was the gentleman who initially picked up our belongings. He stayed in touch and kept us informed.

Several days after our belongings were delivered, I received a call from customer service to alert me to the final balance and when the truck was arriving, and it was already paid for and delivered!

We moved just before Christmas and I asked if they worked on the holiday and was told they did, but what they didn't tell us is that they needed to rent a local smaller truck for delivery, and therefore could not deliver on Christmas because, obviously everyone was closed. Communication could have been better in this regard.

The man who relocated me was extremely nice, quick and efficient!!! But for the price I paid, I should have had a better trailer!! The trailer that was used was leaking water! I hope that nothing was damaged! I was expecting a semi truck with a semi trailer attached!! And it was pouring down rain in Arkansas when the family heirlooms were picked up!!

The guys were respectful, efficient, on time and was careful with my belonging. Great Job!

The sales rep walked me through each stage of the process, and I loved that at every stage of the move I had a single point of contact who could answer questions and update me. The movers and packers were efficient and my stuff arrived in my new home very quickly and in perfect condition. I had never booked a move before but All State made it a relatively painless process.
