The part I love about my recent moving from Ohio to New York is the professionalism of the workers who picked up and drop of my staff. They handled the furniture professionally and they have a friendly personality to tell them what we want.

I thought what I was missing was a microwave. Well, I found that. However, a box of my clothes that had brand new pajamas and my Irish sweater, I bought on my trip there is gone. Heaven knows what else was in that box. Then I am missing a huge box of my pantry stock. Shampoo, conditioners and other pantry items I purchased for storage. This relates to a lot of money. I'm not happy about this. I did have a lot of boxes which would have been heavy for the truck, ( going by the driver's own words), but with the price I paid, a truck big enough to handle my move should have been used. I was told a big truck, so I pictured a moving van and I was told 3-4 guys. Nothing was further from the truth. Then these guys, after they packed my beoongings, headed to their parent's in Connecticut froze Cape Cod. So, did they unload my boxes there? I was good to these guys. I gave them gift cards and bought them lunch. Moving is the worst experience ever. It's very stressful for these very reasons. Not happy, but nothing I can do.

My furniture arrived on time and they quickly and efficiently assembled everything promptly. They also placed all my belongings in their designated areas. They were so nice and kind. I was very pleased

Great people, they kept on top of things, the contractors were professional and courteous. If I move again they'b be my first call.

Prompt pick up and no damage service that I have not experienced before!

Our move went well, but there were a few communication issues. We were told that someone would do a "walk-thru" of our house prior to the move to get a more accurate price. Never happened. Prior to the move we were assured by three different people from Allstate that the packers would be there on Sunday, even after we questioned it. Never showed. No one at Allstate to talk to Sunday either. Wasted a day waiting. On Monday, however, the mover called and showed up around 11:00. They packed and loaded all in one day, a long day, they left around 11:00 pm. Very nice people and they did a very nice job. They got to our new location around 5 pm the next day and were completely unloaded in a few hours. Everything was there and so far nothing appears to be broken or damaged. A very good mover (Route 66 movers, I believe). Price was pretty much as expected. Not sure we got as much value from the broker as I would have expected, given the misinformation about the packing and their lack of availability when we did have issues. Allstate did follow up on Monday to the messages we left on Sunday.

This was the only company that gave me a straightforward estimate. They were affordable and their costumer service department was there for us throughout the entire moving process. They went above and beyond duty to make sure that our move was smooth and easy. Thank you guys so much.

Arrived on time in a clean mile long rig. The crew was friendly and thorough with the initial walk through. The driver managed to keep on top of the safe loading of "my stuff" and keep the crew running smoothly. As the day progressed, a cold weather front descended on the mountains of The Navajo Nation where I lived. The truck left and was routed directly into an early winter storm that paralyzed much of the country. The driver safely delivered the job on schedule. I was pleased with the entire experience and can highly recommend All State Van Lines to handle your relocation. I will definitely use them again.

When we originally booked with All State Van Lines, they said one price per pound and stated that if pounds increased the price per pound would decrease. The final contract I have showed $0.60/pound and then once final weight came in they stated that because we adjusted the weight we have to pay the original contract price of $0.62/pound. It is not the $200 it is the questionable character of this company. They do use subcontractors for actual move and ours was not only extremely late but were also unprofessional with their comments towards my sister. It is worth the cost to use a reputable mover that is well known for their service. This company is shady and their account managers are slow in response time.

I was assisted with my moving coordinator Ashley at Allstate . Went through a detailed inventory with her. I felt very trusting in her expertise. When movers got there cal van lines were awesome. Did a full pack and everything arrived in tact when it showed up to my home in Delaware ! Thank you all state !

Great service, coordination and management... while there are always changes in the final schedules these guys were on top of it and communicated it in advance and left nothing to surprise! Packed ourselves and they delivered all our items without issue or damage. Will use again and will certainly recommend to others!

Even though it took an extra week to find a carrier due to our remote location, Allstate did a great job. From the appraiser to the drivers, everyone took ownership of their duties as if we were their only customers.

I had a very good experience with All State Van Lines. I hired All State because they had the best price and are working hard to restore many of the bad reviews left for them. My wife was upset that I even hired them in the 1st place. She wanted me to fire them! What I found is # 2 tries harder. These reviews were all resolved with their customers. I convinced my wife that I was going ahead with them for one reason - the storage locker or studio apartment stuff I was moving cross country wasn't even worth the quotes I got from everyone else. I could replace cheaper. Some were 2X, 3X, 4X and even 5 X more expensive. Long story short:
> I got all my stuff moved
> they even packed the stuff I forgot was in the locker and boxed it up better than I would have since it was odd sized.
> got it to me within 2 weeks of contract
> communicated to me where they were and when delivery would occur, even calling day of and an hour out
> Nothing was missing or broken
> all furniture was covered and taped with moving quilts and well protected
> got it out of the storage locker and hard carted it out since the semi was too big for Public Storage.
> My estimate was wrong by weight but it came in very close considering I under estimated what I had in the locker and it STILL beat everyone else's price.

Everyone I dealt with from Micheal (Contracting), to Paul (Customer Relations), to Mena (Coordinating), Jamal (Packer) to Cesar (Driver) were outstanding. Cesar was tremendous with his team checking off inventory and setting up.
Listen, this is a tough business, competition is hard, people come and go, yet I have never seen how an industry comes together to make sure they never "drive empty". These companies work very efficiently to keep your costs down and share resources and keep empty trucks off our over burdened roads and over congested highways. All Stae is not a moving company but coordinates the move with the actual movers. All State was very professional, friendly, and actively involved in the process. Although we were not overly thrilled with the company they chose the move went relatively smoothly and All State was there every step of the way. We even came in under the estimate!

I recently used All State Van lines for a move of two plus rooms of furniture from Asheville NC to Yardley PA. I am very happy with the customer service that I received. Everything was communicated to me in a timely fashion. They were in regular contact with me and responded to emails and phone calls quickly. When I discovered last minute that they could not get a large truck into the pick up location, even though they asked me multiple times if they could and I said yes, they were able to swap trucks and bring in a smaller truck, with no change to the estimate. Speaking of estimates, we adjusted the furniture list a few times but in the end, their estimate was over by only a few pounds and I actually paid less than I expected at delivery. I saw many reviews with people claiming they underestimated and then they were charged extra at delivery. This was NOT the case with my job, 11260671-06. Would I use them again? YES. Would I recommend them to a friend? YES.

These guys were great! They stayed in touch through the whole process and explained everything to my satisfaction. Emailed all paperwork to make it easy. Price was very reasonable. Picked up and delivered on time!

Company stayed in contact with me during the entire process. Arrived within timeframe on both times. The 10-15 items the company packed were packed good. The rest of the items that I had packed were all placed in the truck with care.

I am moving from NY to FL and have a small load (2000#). I investigated a number of companies vs moving cube and All State, if I was willing to move my belongings early, was more cost for full service than a do it yourself cube. I had the flexibility so I hired them. Len in sales and my account manager kept me informed as steps were required and the actual movers, although arriving beyond the stated window, were friendly and very efficient. My belongings arrived safely and the company followed up within a day to ensure my satisfaction. My job number: 11271056-06

The people packing out our apartment were courteous, thorough and efficient. Delivery was without incident, with friendly and engaging dialog. A pleasant experience all around. I would readily recommend them to my friends.

We received excellent service during all aspects of our cross country move. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking for a moving company.

The Experience was pretty good overall, only one small item was broken, and probably due to the way I packed it.
I was told that the amount due would not be over a certain amount, it was.
I was told that they would be delivering Monday or Tuesday, they came on Thursday.
The movers were extremely proficient in the packing, all three of them.
The delivery people were also awesome, they put everything right were they were going, made sure we could get to and work on the boxes without any problems at all.
The people in the office knew what they were talking about when helping me with the move.

The movers arrived late in the afternoon to pack up the house and they never left until 10:00 at night, I think that is an unreasonable time to be loading their truck. The men themselves were very nice and worked hard both loading and unloading belongings.
