Cave Creek location. Worst hours EVER!! Impossible to get anything organized, they are always kicking us out at the most crucial times. This is Arizona for heavens sake!! Stay open later to satisfy your guests. The piles of junk in the corners of property should be cleaned up. I will never rent from them again. And the manager riding around with a cigarette on golfcart is so unprofessional and stinky. Yuck!!

Storage unit was broken into.
Called up on April 16th 4:30pm
Staff was very unhelpful, unsympathetic
Brash and didn't listen to what I had to say.
Keep on talking over me and discarded what I had to say. And hung up
needless to say, I no longer have a unit there and will not be using Allstate or recommending them in the future.

This is a great place for storage. I have been using the facility for about 13 years. No break-ins, exceptionally clean and a terrific staff that has always been helpful!

The facility is well maintained and the staff is very friendly as well as professional. The hours are not very good, especially on Sundays. The rental fees seem to go up without any value increase in services or hours.
For people who work it is not very accommodating. Please expand the hours.

my son had a storage room as large as 1 of mine -too my surprise they had clusters of your commercial garbage cans the same 1's you have but that we are not allowed 2 use anymore. They r even locked up I asked & was told no I told the mgrs that I have been thr snce 97 & was always allowed 2 use in past. I was told well we pay to have these emptied & they R 4 R us to clean out empty units; quite frankly if my son was still alive & I was younger I would empty both my units of around$400. per mo & take out the largest add & tell every1 about your lousy customer service. The statement above is fact .

We have felt that our stuff is very safe at this location. It's nice and clean. The staff is very friendly, too! We only wish there were more hours of availability. With our work schedules, there have been many times we have needed something but couldn't get to it because they were closed before we could get off work. It's hard to plan so far in advance or to actually take a day off work to be able to get to our stuff.

I have had a unit at the facility on Bell Rd near SR 51 for 3 years. Never a problem. Clean, well lit, friendly staff, easy in and out. Recommend it highly.

I like the site, location, and extreme sense of security with a fair price. Yet, not having 24hr access is quite cumbersome and limits access significantly. This early closing is especially noted durring hot summer months when the mornings and late evenings are cooler. Thanks!

We are a small family run company that needs extra storage for Tools and Recycling. We have been with AllState Storage from the beginning (5 years). We feel appreciated and we appreciate them! Your staff makes going to our storage unit a pleasure! As kind and as helpful as possible! The only drawback for us is the access hours. Not conducive at all to a working person's schedule. Not sure why access hours can't be extended. Has made moves and getting last-minute needs from the storage unit very difficult.
