Worst rewards program I have ever participated in. For starters, I purchased L'Occitane Almond shower oil, when I received the package, the bottle was open and the product completely saturated the entire box along with my other mail. I also purchased a waterproof Bluetooth speaker but when I received it, it appeared to be used and wouldn't keep charge past 30 mins so it's more like defected/damaged. The Versace perfume I ordered for almost $12 was about the size of a big toe but I guess that was my mistake for not correctly reviewing the quantity in the description but even with that it seems like the program is out to scam its consumers. I thought I would've felt great about my orders but I have nothing but regret and disgust from this program. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy because even they don't deserve this amount of disappointment in their life.

The rewards progam is essentially useless
It's almost impossible to get anything without paying additional out of pocket
The website and, even more so, the Android app, are the absolute worst - they only work occasionally and when they do work, they are abysmally slow and excruciating to navigate

In one envelope I only received 1 of 3 purchases, yet the packing slip said all 3 were included. The two items missing were two sets of 2 movie tickets.

Ive uninstalled & reinstalled the Allstate app going on 25 times to try to get the rewards to load. Ive called Allstate at least 6 times this mth do far to issue a complaint. All I get is that they will escalate it. The prior Allstate app version worked but this version rarely does. Its extremely frustrating!

Allstate Rewards is easily the worst rewards program I've ever used. The website is clunky and there's rarely anything worth getting. Yuk!

Paid almost $600: in a matter of 3 months all three fell apart. Awful rewards system. The rewards offers are equally deplorable: best to buy at your local store in the mall.

On the sweepstakes side of the rewards how do these people win? Is it by chance or is it by someone hand picking the people? I have been enrolled for 4 years and have never won, even when purchasing extra tickets. Ok, maybe I have bad luck, however, I just went on the closed auction site and found this: 1 person has won 11 sweeps right now! Who is that lucky? One of them was a big prize. They have not collected their prizes yet either. Sounds like a scam to me. Sounds like they were hand picked.

I get an error EVERY time I have tried to logon... like WTF?!? I have over 100,000 "Rewards Points" but they're literally USELESS!

How in the world can an one individual have over one million Drivewise Reward points? Is that serioulsy even possible? Maybe I just do not drive enough, but dang I would have to assume these folks are just driving around 24/7. I just noticed that some of the auction bids that have over a million point bid. WOW!... just wow

I noticed that items were showing up in "Closed Auctions" that never appeared when I looked at "Upcoming Auctions" or "Live Auctions" a couple days prior. I called Allstate and the rep explained that some of the auction items are "reserved" for those people who have lower point balances. So, as a customer with over 350,000 points, I am unable to bid on certain items that others with lower point balances are able to bid on.
Seems rather deceptive to me. Wonder if this shows up anywhere in there terms or disclosures.

I went on the site to order some discounted gift cards. I can't even log in without getting an error message. I called the number it said to call and after several transfers nothing was fixed after 1 hour 40 seconds of being on the phone with support. Was told they would escalate the ticket and it could take 5 business days for someone to get back to me. Not acceptable! How about take my order over the phone and fix it in the meantime. Feeling ripped off!

This has happened twice in the past week - I go to bid on a points only auction, the auction time remaining is clicking down. Today, I bid on a gift card, clock showing 53 minutes left before close, and when I placed the bid I received the message "this auction is closed, bidding rejected" or something of that wording. I tried several times, different auctions, different days. The only thing I can figure is the closing is in another time zone? I don't get it. Happen to anyone else?

I have no complaints. The points add up quickly for doing something I do anyway--driving, and trying to drive safely. I won a $10 gift card the first time I tried an auction.

I've never seen a rewards program with no rewards. I currently have 42,000 points but there's no way to redeem them without signing up for a sweepstakes (no-one ever wins) or spending more money. For example, I can use 2500 points to save 20% off a purchase at a bookstore. Or I can use 900 points to get 50% off bowling at a bowling alley 30 miles away I'd never go to anyway. Then they offer free points but the site never works or it will say 'expired link' minutes after they've sent the email. Drivewise is great but this rewards program needs to go away.

I have over 250,000 points and the website doesn't work. Get the same error message over and over. Complete. Waste. Of. Time.

I have been looking at different insurance so thought I'd try and redeem my points. Haven't been able to log into the rewards site for a month. I get the "There may have been an issue with your log in attempt message". I've tried on multiple devices and the site doesn't work. Customer support say's they are working on the problem and it should be fixed shortly. How can a billion dollar company have this type of tech issue for over a month??? What a load of crap.

The rewards can't be purchased through the app on the phone and when I search on the laptop on the Allstate site it can't find the Daily Deals. THe rewards are mostly useless. THe good deals ($5 gift cards for popular companies) are gone in seconds. I have been trying for years and have never purchased one. All I can get is stupid magazines that have nothing but pages of ads.

The only decent "rewards" are snapped up immediately and apparently very few are available in the first place. Not worth the bother.

I recently moved from Florida to Washington State. Allstate had the best deal in FL but GEICO does here. Ergo, I am changing companies next month. Meanwhile, I have accumulated 210,400 reward points and thought I should investigate what I can do with them. Turns out they are with out value. It really did not surprise me. The program is just a scam to get your attention. Read the rest of the reviews - you'll agree.

They just stoled $27.27 dollars from me. My hotel receipt from Candlewood Suites in Handover MD total $195.74. However, when I booked the room using my rewards Allstate took $223.01 out of my account. Called them about getting a refund, Theresa said I wasn't due a refund. She said I paid less than the retail price. I would had paid like $260 or more. Well how about i went to the hotel actual website while talking to her and the same room was for $87.49 a night. I told her she was a liar and you all just stoled my $. She also said I wasn't suppose to get a receipt because I already paid for it. Yeah, so I wouldn't see the actual amount being charged. Going straight to the site instead throu the rewards program I would still have my $.

Every auction they put out always has a highest bid that I can't imagine anybody would actually have THAT many points to put out there. Currently there is an auction for $1000.00 gift card, the highest bid is over a million points. I've been in the rewards programs since it started, I have 67,000 points. How do you have over a million points? Can't be real.

So they have this gimmick where you can get a free giftcard under their daily deal. I literally waited until exactly when the timer ran out and hit the "add to card" and they were already sold out. in literally 1 second. How is this even possible? Such a waste of time, and it has me so frustrated and mad. I have tried this multiple times and ALWAYS get the "ALL ITEMS ARE IN CARTS" response. What a scam! I'm willing to bet they have only 1 giftcard available, IF THAT. So you have 200 people trying to get the same 1 available 5 dollar giftcard. What a bunch of BS. You would think they would try to at least have a decent amount in stock so EVERYONE has a chance to get one. I'm willing to bet its just a gimmick to try to get some fools to buy the other overpriced crap on their site that you can buy anywhere else for less than what they are asking WITHOUT their useless points! The whole thing is nothing more than a lottery. Who knows maybe if you waste enough time, you may be that luicky guy or gal who clicks at the right millisecond and gets that 5 dollar gift card! woo hoo! DONE wasting my time with this!

There have been about 3 of the Daily Deals that I have actually been interested in. I sat at my computer and watched the countdown clock tick down to 0 and immediately clicked the "add to cart" button the instant it appeared only to be told that "all items are already in carts".
WHAT!!!??? *%#@
How is this possible? I literally clicked the "add to cart" button as soon as it was possible. And every last item is already gone. That means they sold out BEFORE the deal was made available.
I've gone in just to see if I was able to add anything to my cart ever. Tried adding stuff I wasn't even interested in. The only thing that has ever been available is some book or magazine with Michelle Obama on the cover. I guess no one else is actually interested in reading about her either. Interestingly it has come up as a Daily Deal several times and has never sold out. They must have a warehouse full of unwanted Michelle Obama books.
The only time a Daily Deal doesn't instantly sell out BEFORE it becomes available it is something nobody wants.
Boooooo Allstate. That's right. I "boo'd" you.
I'm so annoyed I found this website just so I could vent.

They get ALL your driving info (location, speed, "hard stops" - everything), and you get...almost literally worthless points. Use them to bid on stuff, and don't get them back if you lose. Get 10 bucks off a purse. Even if you can use hundreds of thousands of points as for a free hotel stay, you STILL can only use SOME points and pay more than 50% of the stay yourself. This is NOT a rewards program. Steer clear.

If Allstate cannot fund a real rewards program, they should have the basic corporate decency to simply not have one. Points are worthless. Period.
