I've been using almost nine years without incident. I always compare pricing against them since they continually have the best pricing. Sometimes I don't need multiple items so if it's a one-off, I might use another site but generally I even with the $5 shipping it's much cheaper than the competition. I even recommend it to my friends at the gym or on my wrestling team which I coach.

We have been ordering for over a year now. Prices are great and consistently lower than other retailers. We order the Pines Wheatgrass, Sun Warrior Protein Powder, Vitamin D, etc. Shocked by how fast we receive our order. Very pleased with this company and appreciate saving money on items we usually purchase.

Great prices and incredibly fast shipping/handling time. I live several states away and still have my products in less than 5 days from the time I place my orders. They may have a good return policy, but I've never needed to use it.

Surprised to see all of these negative reviews... are you guys the competition? Best prices I have found online and the shipping has been lightning quick or at least adequate but that has only been the case in recent months with Covid etc. Have not used customer support yet (have had no reason to) but will let it be known if it is bad like some here are claiming. The only concern I had a while back was as to whether or not they are a front for NOW products. I have tried many of the NOW products but I am not sure they are equal to the more familiar brand names - would like to hear from others who may feel the same way. But anyway I give AllStarHealth all A's. No problems and great prices.

Allstarhealth.com massively overcharge for shipping and duties 3-4 times, if you order from outside USA, you will end up paying almost double compared to other American companies.

I was initially skeptical because I had never heard of them. However after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try, and was not disappointed! Item was shipped the next day and received it within days.
The only criticism I have is in follow up emails. The first time I made the purchase my card declined but I had no clue for 3 days. Only then I received an email stating that my card had declined. Also the email started with "thank you for your purchase" which seemed a normal confirmation email. I would normally skip reading the whole email, but I luckily saw the "however" in the paragraph and then read that the order didn't go through. I then called and was surprised that I was able to talk to a human promptly even with the covid19 going on right now.
So if you aren't sure, rest assured this company is solid and you should buy from them. They would get a 5 star if the email notifications were prompt and more clear.

Great selection of supplements that are very hard to get here in the UK at a great price and arrived quick without any faults. Dont know why so many negative reviews from the UK.

If you are ordering in the UK you must expect some vat charges if you buy a big order. You can use google to get a Import duty calculator so you know what to expect.

Only bought a small order so i didnt get charged with any import VAT

3/22/2020 I placed and payed an order. I never received this order. Even didn't receive any message from All Star Health.

4/27/2020 I reclaimed.

4/28/2020 All Star answered: "Your order was marked as undeliverable and refused by customs. The package will be returned to us and we will issue a refund for the products after they have been received by our warehouse. Email confirmation will be provided at that time. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and contact us if you require further assistance".

5/6/2020 I reclaimed again.

5/6/2020 "Thank you for your email. Unfortunately this order has not yet been received back by our warehouse. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will notify you via email as soon as the package has been returned and the refund processed. Please let us know if you have any further questions in the meantime."

5/17/2020 Still no money back, no package received, no message from All Star....

Bad, bad, bad....! No Star Health.

I've been buying Carlson fish oil from Allstarhealth for 10+ years. I just was ordering another 3 bottles and my order was .03 short of the $99 for free shipping. I asked if I could pay an additional .03 or if you could waive the charge on my order. I was told the same story from two different CS reps that I must buy an additional $5 worth of something I don't need.

My experience with this company was wonderful. I found one supplement that was ran out in my favorite websites, do I decided google it and was when I found all star health.com, never heard about it before, I decided to do the shop and I received my item very fast, even in this shipping chaos with covid, the product was in perfect condition and the expire date was for The middle of next year. I’m so satisfied with this website and I’m planning buying more from them. Thank you allstarhealth.com!

This is my favorite site to order supps from! They have the best prices, nearly overnight flatrate shipping, and they have items that get doscounted due to expiry date which are still great high quality products. Just got my package with 3 samples of the new Mr Hyde Icon preworkout!!!

I've dealt with All Star Health on 2 occasions and based on customer service, availability of products and shipping, I'm sold. They've satisfied all my needs when It comes to attaining my Vitamin and Nutritional needs. I will continue to do business with them for a long time. I got finally my item and I'm thankful that it wasn't wrong bottle or a short date.If you choose DHL mail like i did to Sweden or Europe be prepared that it can take a long time.Allstar health say 2-4 weeks but mine took seven weeks to arrive.Maybe it is the fault of DHL or maybe that is the service that All-star health has bought?it did come to Sweden rather quickly but it took over six weeks for DHL to deliver it.
I haven't had that problem with IHERB so All-star health is a good company but what is hurting them is delivery times not being honoured.

Most trusted and helpful site I've been on.. I've been ordering products from Allstarhealth for many years. Never had/have any issues..Very informative and knowledgable sales reps... Thanks for your great service

AllStarHealth has been outstanding in how fast they get orders turned around and into the mail once you order. This is a small thing that I take really serious. So many companies just sit on your order for days after you order and that is ridiculous in today's Amazon world.

Unethical and they lie to you. You pay 100.00 to get free shipping and then they send it in a restricted cheap way so you can't receive it. then I had four phone calls trying to get it straightened out, and they keep telling me then did not, and it was confirmed with ups that they did. The head of customer service is Hannah Taylor she does not have a clue how to help a customer receive the product and won't acknowledge that they restricted the delivery with ups. She would rather argue with you then help you.

I live in the UK and have been ordering for years. Never had the slightest problem, unlikely other US companies where orders went missing and never got a refund.All my orders arrived within 10 days - that is the cheapest post option. Highly recommended!!

I live in the UK. I ordered some food products ( energy bars) from them knowing that this food product did not incur a tax, (VAT) with customs.
Allstarhealth put on the customs declaration that I had ordered vitamin supplements, rather than food.
In the UK vitamins incur a tax (VAT)
DHL then said they wouldn't deliver the item without my paying ~$45 tax.
The customer service representative I dealt with via email at allstarhealth was good.
However, when I asked them to pass my complaint higher up the chain, the message that came back from warehouse management was that since 99% of their customers order supplements, they wouldn't be changing their policy of automatically putting the customs code for supplements, regardless of what is actually being sent abroad, regardless that that will mean their customers get given a tax bill unnecessarily.
Since I fall into the minority of people who don't order supplements, I am being penalised for this by a company which don't seem to care about my custom. How can I recommend them?

As a consumer I try to be loyal and patient. We seldom deal with truly small enterprises. In my experience large companies are difficult or impossible to contact. If you read the Allstarhealth reviews you may notice that they appear to read the reviews. Responses are even as opposed to being overly sugary or all similar sounding. For myself it indicates 1st, they hope to communicate, 2nd they understand listening and caring can increase customer satisfaction. I stay with a company as long as possible. Unlike other companies Allstarhealth improves over time.
You can not do everything well but you can first do what you do, well. While pricing is generally low, I am not buying price. Allstar, in my experience, has added to my health. They seem to spend more time improving than hounding me for business. What they do, is make themselves useful.
