Hi,I’m contacting you concerning the above site allstargames.co.uk.I joined this site in July and I asked them to self exclude me 3 times but they didn’t so I continued to gamble with them and as usual losing.My username was bluescott and I sent them ID to confirm this.Well I won £500 early Monday morning at 2.13am and requested a withdrawal from my account for this sum.They told me it takes 72 hours to do this and I accepted that.I waited 84 hours and still no withdrawal,it just said processing.I contacted them on livechat and was kept waiting half hour and at the same time I emailed them asking what was happening.They asked for ID which they had already and also the front and back pictures of my bank card which I complied with although I found that strange..After all that still no withdrawal with them just giving me excuse after excuse.I waited 2 days with no contact so I thought this site is very untrustworthy and promptly gambled small stakes and lost it all as I also thought I was never going to be paid anything.STAY AWAY FROM THEM
