The worst customer service... Ever! 20 minutes waiting call time. I sent an email with attachments and I receive a reply saying that I have to use whatsapp to send files. I go to WhatsApp (impossible find the number on the website) but then they say that it's not working anymore. So the customer service suggested me to use the live chat. I challenge you to find it on the website. Simply it doesn't exists. The reputation nowadays is the most important thing... And yours is definitely under the shoes

I have tried to contact them for 3 hours!!!!
They were either passing my call around or hung up on me and I had to start it over!
They are taking your money but giving zero service.
Check out the other reviews here or take a look at their app in the "appstore".
Their customers are all saying the same!
I am cancelling my insurance with them.
ANWB is more expensive but reliable!

It all started when AllSecur signed me up as a customer and when I asked for differences between the coverage levels as I am new in this country, the rep told me to just choose the cheapest since it should be enough.
4 days ago someone crashed my car, and AllSecur came and towed the car to a garage of their choice, and now this garage will not provide me with a temporary car since I don't have the coverage that provides this option...AllSecur will not approve the repair shop to provide me with a temporary car and will not allow me to change my coverage level as well.
Any attempt to contact them via Facebook\Whatsapp\Phone was practically ignored or caused just more frustration.
My next station will be a lawyer to help me get what I deserve.

Really really bad services. Nobody know what to do...if you want something to be done, you will have to keep on calling and being put on hold for thousand times. We have to explain our situation to 4-5 persons before you can speak to the right person.
Terrible service...we have been calling constantly for 2 days in a row and my problem still can not be solved.
We chose the package all risks and paying the highest rate hoping that we would get a good service but that was not the case.
Somebody broke into my car the day before yesterday and stole the dashboard. We called AllSecur yesterday morning to pick up the car & bring it to the garage to fix. Instead of bringing the car to the garage they work with in Amsterdam noord...they brought the car to the garage where we bought the car in Amsterdam Zuid oost. We spent the whole afternoon yesterday calling AllSecur again and again that they have to bring the car from the wrong garage to the right one. After being put on hold for thousand times...they managed to mess it up by sending a truck to pick up the the car from my home address when we clearly said to them to pick the car up from the wrong garage in Zuid oost and bring to the garage in Amsterdam noord....after calling back and forth, they still can not manage to bring my car to the right garage.....asking to be transfered to the complain department, the phone operator put us on hold for a long time and did not transfer the call....so tell me what kind of service we are receiving after 2 days of many phone calls and our car still did not arrive at the right garage!!
