I have yet to receive all my items for my order and still waiting for a reply as to when I will get them. Therefore can’t build it and I have a Disappointed son wanting to play on his climbing frame. I’m willing to improve this rating if someone comes back to me soon and resolves this properly

Poor packaging, just a thin box inside a plastic dhl bag. Came ripped apart and completely squashed, luckily the item I ordered works still.

Currently waiting on a missing package, very disappointed considering the amount I spent. I’v had to send emails with pictures to let them know what I do have, still no further forward.
