I have still not received the product that was due on Jun 2nd and heard nothing back from customer services. I appreciate delays with covid but why state delivery dates if they cannot be achieved?

We ordered a wooden playhouse and only half arrived. When we tried to contact them the phone was cut off several times and when we finally got thru we were told that the playhouse had been delivered. When we assured them that half of it was missing they finally got back in touch to say the other box was still in the warehouse. We are still waiting for the rest of the playhouse to arrive.

Waited for days then told item out of stock but if you go back online it’s still available to buy

Unfortunately the goods arrived damaged
Despite alerting the company straight away, they refused to replaced the netting which had a hole in it.
I would definitely avoid this company which said it wasn’t a warranty issue.
This is simple to hide that they can issue faulty goods.

Main issues with our experience:

Never received a confirmation email
Couldn't get hold of All Round Fun to ask what was happening
Order didn't turn up on the day we booked
When it did turn up, a huge chunk of it was missing
Delivery company are unable to help
All Round Fun seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth and cannot be contacted
We now have part of a £400 climbing frame which we cannot build or use and two really sad kids
What an appalling company, we're going to have to hope we can reclaim our money through the credit card company somehow.

My order was sent in 7 parts, received 5 one day, 1 more the following day but have received the last. Absolutely useless customer service. My daughter has half a climbing frame and I’m £350 out of pocket

I was sent a review email but we still haven’t received our full order. I ordered a climbing frame for my sons birthday on the 4/8/19 attracted by the advert of fast delivery and selected delivery for the 7/8/19. I waited in all day for item but it not to arrive at all. Ringing the courier they were no help and couldn’t track the item. The next day we received some posts and a slide and was told by courier that that’s all he had on van and the rest would arrive the following day. Nothing arrived. Spoke to the seller on the third day of no arrival and they were more helpful then courier, insuring me that I was being upgraded to Saturday before twelve delivery as it was my sons birthday present. So waited in Saturday and no delivery! Shocked by the lack of communication from courier and being left on hold time and time again. Both company and courier couldn’t be reached on Saturday. I wouldn’t use again I’ve spent £400 and not confident I’ll receive the item ordered. So disappointing

Disgusted that two days before Xmas the delivery driver said to my children "I have your trampoline delivery here" and ruined Xmas !!!!! First and last time be using this company !! Ignorant and rude also and no apology when my dog escaped trough the gate !!!!

So when placing the plastic guards on the dirt ninja quad bikes I purchased I first noticed the framing wasnt straight and the mounts for the guards were of so didn't match up to where I needed them to be, the pull start didn't work with one of them, the accelerator was damaged and didn't work on the other, the fuel lines were faulty and leaking fuel all over the engine then after I had spent hours fixing these problems I noticed that the chain guards were out of line and catching on the chain but there were no option of moving them with the mounts in place, then once I had them running and deemed them safe for my children they lasted 15 mins before further issues such as the spark plug cable coming away to find that it was faulty, the pull start on the other decided it no longer wished to do it's job, all in all a bad product and without my work shop and two girls who love problem solving and fixing stuff it would have been a very bad day indeed not happy to be fair.
