De modo geral, estou satisfeito com a cobertura e a rapidez dos reembolsos, além da cobertura. Para melhorar, apenas acho que certos procedimentos poderiam ser simplificados, sem a exigência de informações adicionais. Em suma, recomendo a Allianz e não trocaria de prestadora.

I gave 4 stars because I am using both mobile and web apps, but the information between these two apps is not synchronized at all, mobile app keeps only the policy when I installed the app and not getting an update even though I use the same account for renewing my policy.
