Improve your quality customer service. Love your client when they avail of your support as his/her insurer. Don't assume wrong when they submit claims sans clear evidence. Provide great details on your complaint mechanism instead of us simply able to reach lowly personnel. Sanction inept frontline staffs. Because they dwarfed the corporate giant in you.

J'ai dû attendre presque 3 semaines pour recevoir une réponse et j'ai du réintroduire 2 fois ma demande,en ces temps difficiles je comprends tout à fait mais on aurait pu m'envoyer un petit mail pour m'avertir d'une duré prolongé de la prise en charge du dossier.Ce qui m'aurais évité de renvoyer mon dossier à chaque fois et de surcharger vos services.

Some weeks ago I was 14 days at a hospital in Fortaleza, Brazil. I had a serious infection that affected my whole body; heart, liver, kidney, lungs. Medical reports were sent to Allianz and MD Carlos Roberto Teixeira provided himself plenty of information for Allianz on the phone.
Yesterday, I received a message from Allianz regarding the claims for medical honoraries worth, at this single state, about Reais 25 thousand ( about US$ 6 thousand). In spite of all the plenty of information provided, new information were requested, regarding the symptoms and asking for further evidence about the payment of the medical honoraries, besides the receipts already sent.
You should be able to assess how serious are the different claims submitted to you and treat them according. In my case, besides my age (63 years old) and medical records, I am having to bear very high costs in anticipation of your reimbursements (further bills are on the way, due to cardiological control made last week in Sso Paulo). The way Allianz is dealing with my case shows disregard of my medical condition and indifference regarding the high costs I am having to bear,. It also raises suspicious about the medical honoraries being submited to you, in spite - I repeat - of all the information already provided to you.
This is not the standard of service expected from an insurance company in such circumstances.

I have sent mail to head of medical service 3 days ago but till now no reply despite a reminder. I need a life saving equipment and I have attached recommendation from specialist with result of test but no response from medical team. Very disappointing indeed.
