They should treat each claim with importance, and provide timely feedback.
However I must admit that their turn round time with regard to claims payment has improved in recent weeks.
I still have a claim made over a year ago, which has still not been paid because the asked for additional information which took sometime for me to obtain because the doctor was not immediately available. They should understand that somethings are beyond our control. In this case where the doctor was not available, there was no way of me getting the additional information in timely manner. My follow up requests do not elicit responses that give me any information on the status of processing my claim. I am therefore looking forward to some useful information from Allianz.

My experience with allianz has been efficient service, reliable and consistent. The terms as given do not change without notice and are applicable consistently. The MyHealth App is my highlight, I use it to submit my claim, check my limit utilization and also evidence my membership whenever I dont have the card with me in some facilities.
