Great booking system and very helpful and flexible in moving our 2020 holiday to 2021 when our flights were cancelled. We've not been yet so can't fully comment on their service and our holiday experience. May be 5 stars next year!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip this year due to the COVID crisis so we decided to change the dates. Allcamps staff have been marvellous in helping us do this. They have been informative and so very helpful and now we cant wait to visit them in June next year. well done team

I did write a bad review,and I would like to retract it. After speaking to Colinda at All camps, she gladly changed our dates to the following year at no loss to us. Thank you for that and we now look forward to our holiday with All Camps in 2021

Had a great time with you - staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pools and the bars. I know it was coming to the end of the season but the on-sight shop could have been better stocked. Lots of empty shelf space.

We haven't has our holiday yet but so far everything has been fine (hence 4 stars)
The only other thing I would comment is that as we paid in full I did expect to get our travel voucher straight away but this didn't come until a few weeks later. Just made me panic slightly.
Happy to review again after our holiday in three weeks!
