Humans? Who knows? I placed an order a week ago and have not received a shipping notification. The order status online is “received by warehouse” which conveniently states that a shipping status may or may not be known depending on where it’s coming from. There are several numbers posted online for AllBrands which all give you the same machine which redirects you to the same voicemail. I ordered my Uniquely You dressform from these people years ago and it needs a new cover. I just want to ask where it’s coming from (in stock or manufacturer) so I can have some idea when it might get here. But apparently phones aren’t for answering (edit: most especially not during
stated business hours when you explicitly invite customers to call if they have questions or concerns).
I feel like their website should be able to tell me if the order is coming from in stock or manufacturer instead of this vague nothingness.

Update: It has been three weeks since I placed my order. Nothing has changed - my order status remains unchanged and my item has not arrived and I still haven’t spoken to a human being. I tried calling at the end of the day and the machine stated I was calling out of business hours despite the email clearly saying the business hours in my own time zone.

Update: After my 3 week update I received the response here on TrustPilot and I was cc’d on an internal message regarding my order. There was no further communication via email or phone. 3.5 weeks after my order was placed I finally received my shipping notice.

Communication is not their strong point.

Fast shipping, good product, excellent customer service.

My husband ordered an extension table for my Singer Featherweight from allbrands. The table was too small to allow the bed extension to be lifted. The whole extension table had to be removed to lift the bed extension to change the bobbin. My husband made multiple calls to allbrands, trying to resolve the situation. They would do nothing, and they were very rude. Their attitude was “oh well, too bad”. We will never do business with them again.

We tried to locate a recent order with your name, and cannot locate it in our system. We also asked all of our resolutions department if this sounds familiar, and we cannot find your order. We always work to resolve any problems. Are you sure it was Allbrands? Can you tell us the order number, so that we can find a resolution as soon as possible?

There didn’t appear to be a way to respond to your reply, so I’m responding through an updated review. If you had read my review, you would have seen my husband ordered it, not me. Secondly, if no one from your company even remembers conversations with my husband, his problem must have been very unimportant to you. Thirdly, my husband contacted the manufacturer (which your company supposedly did and he was told by allbrands that the manufacturer wouldn’t do anything). The manufacturer resolved the problem within a 10 minute conversation and will be sending us a new table.Reply from Allbrands.com

Can you please let us know your husbands name, or order number, so that we can resolve this as soon as possible? We do have one employee who had a death in the family recently, and is out of the office currently. It might have been her that you were speaking with. The order number is PO 2431361. Based on that, you should have an email address and a phone number since my husband called and emailed several times.

Allbrands did not ship the product that I ordered. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! We ordered a Eureka vacuum cleaner from them. The vacuum cleaner was faulty and we have been engaged in an endless series of emails and calls with their "returns manager" (what does that tell ya!?). She was pitiful and defended, to a point of screaming at me, their VERY MISLEADING "returns policy". Pitiful, just pitiful! Please avoid this company and the inevitable drama...

After reviewing this company on several review sites, I've reached the conclusion they just don't care...

I wanted an embroidery machine that was easier to transport to my embroidery club meetings. I ordered the Brother PE770 embroidery machine from Allbrands. It arrived in 3 days and the box contained everything as advertised. I tried several embroidery designs, both built-in and from a flash drive. It is performing very well and is a great addition to my "toys". I am very pleased with it and the company's service.

Misrepresents their return policy. Beware!!!

I have ordered a vacuum cleaner (unfortunately for me) disregarding the multitude of negative reviews, readily available everywhere... Gees, how bad could it be? Well, I tell you - it can be. 8 days passed, and no one knows what's up with my order and when am I going to get it... I am terrified to think now what am I going to do if there's something wrong with the vacuum??? Then I'm stuck with it, out $200 bucks... It's better to pay another $30 bucks, get item on time, and have a great store to back it up in case something will go wrong... Won't shop AllBrands.com again, and am urging you to do the same.
