As we haven't had the opportunity to open and place the table yet, this review is on the purchase and deliver of the table itself.

I was pleased that the rep for the company contacted me on my order to correct an error that I had made. This saved me time and expense, and she was very helpful.

Delivery was early, and the table put straight into my garage.

I would definitely recommend this company, will update once the table is in place and working. Should any problems occur, absed on this experience, I feel confident that it will be handled quickly.

We purchased our fire table from this company about 4 weeks ago and it delivered a little sooner than anticipated, which was great. The assembly was easy and the finish and appearance of it was as advertised, a great contribution to our backyard area and experience of being outdoors. The price was very adequate compared to other similar appearing tables we reviewed online. My only concern was that I thought it would have an ignition device built in, but it requires manual lighting, just a small inconvenience. This could be my fault for just assuming that was part of the table and not reading the details more carefully, as some other table do include this (similar to a propane grill). It did ship with a palate and plywood sheet to stabilize and protect the pieces, which the 3rd part delivery service left behind, because they said it was part of the order, and we wish they would have taken it away as we now have to figure out how to dispose of it. But overall I am very satisfied with this purchase and would order from this company again.

Very pleased with service and overall function in product. The slate tabletop on the fire table is a big disappointment as the on-line picture showed multiple colors in the slate pieces, whereas the actual product is almost pure black/dark gray. It works well from a functional standpoint.

We were guided through the process of purchase in a professional manner. The Firepit is modern, sturdy, & beautiful. The one drawback was finding someone to install this Firepit at a reasonable price. We were successful after a search but it would be nice if these folks found a person to suggest that was also a fair & licensed professional installer.

I was surprised to find that many of the parts were not made in America. That was the primary reason that I purchased your product under the assumption that it was all made in America. The information given in your literature and on the web was not as clearly stated as it should've been.

Had to call after several days to find out about my order (did not intially receive an email confirming my order). A bit slow to ship. Once I got my Fire Glass I was happy with the product. Would consider a future purchase.
