The person we contacted by phone was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Our Oriflamme Fire Table was delivered as promised and we're very satisfied with our purchase!

Loving the Oriflamme hammered copper fire table we purchased through Backyard Fun. The table is high end and expensive. But worth every penny because you get what you pay for -- and the table looks great and works perfectly. Worth every penny the first time we turned it on and made S'mores with great nephew.

We ordered an Oriflamme Firepit that listed the product as "in stock". Not only was the product in stock, but it arrived at our home with 7 days of he order. Our order was aknowlwdged the same day, with shipping confirmation updated the next day.

We will definately check here first for our future needs.

Linda and I searched quite a while for an outdoor Fire Table. This table would be the center piece for an outdoor living space that we had worked on for over two years. In addition to the large winding 200 foot flower border, we had constructed a new 600 sf patio.

After researching perhaps a couple of dozen products, we liked the Oriflamme design. All that remained was finding the right seller. I called All Backyard Fun (ABF) . Andy spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone and answered my list of twelve questions. He went to the exact product and took measurements that we needed. The staff at ABF anwsered several more emails for us. Andy was patient, and during the entire process he never once gave the impression of being rushed. The fact that the company is family owned; attentive to quality; and American owned/ made convinced us. -- By the way, the fire table was shipped in very secure packaging with complete set up instructions. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY.

We did research and decided the Oriflamme gas fire pit was the specific brand that met our requirements. We could not find a unit in stock locally and the merchants wanted extra handling and shipping fees to order for us. We went online and found All Backyard Fun and Emily in Customer Service was very knowledgeable guided us through the ordering process in a very friendly manner. We were kept abreast of the order status and the unit was delivered as promised in fine shape. I would add the packaging and crating of the fire pit was excellent. All in all, All Backyard Fun handled this order perfectly.

My deck needed a fresh look. With help from All Backyard Fun design consultants, I purchased just the "right" quality patio furniture and Oriflamme Fire Table. Everyone was extremely helpful. Have received many compliments and am currently enjoying "solo and social" experiences on my beautfiul deck. Kudos to AllBackyardFun!

My experience was very good over all. My particular order ended up taking longer than what was initially communicated, though at my request they upgraded me to the expedited shipping which helped make up for a few days. They were very good in responding to any questions I had regarding the product and I was pleased with the experience.

The product itself (a granite firepit) was packed VERY carefully and arrived in perfect condition.

We just love our new Savannah Fire Table we bought from Backyard Fun. Ordering was easy with the help from the customer service rep, delivery was on time and everything was in excellent working condition. I saw the Savannah fire table on the website and loved the look. There is also a video of the elegance Oriflame burner so I could see what it would actually look like when lit. It looks great on our new deck and really puts out the heat so we will now be able to enjoy our deck all year long. You can't go wrong ordering from Backyard Fun.

We purchased a fire pit and use it as often as we can. We love sitting out on our new patio with our new fire pit and watch the flames make different designs and unique colors. Just beautiful!

Ordering was easy. Immediate response fro customer service with delivery instructions. Item delivered arrived, was easy to assemble and is gorgeous. Fire pit performance exceeded my expectations!

Our new fire pit matches our patio pavers perfectly, and compliments this area very nicely. The 65,000 btu's puts out a lot of heat, keeping everyone good and warm on those cool autumn nights. We ran the fire pit wide open for roughly 10-13 hours, (2 nights in a row) and we ran out of propane! This was our only complaint, wishing the propane would have lasted longer.

I was in need of a special sized fire pit table. They were a huge help to contact the manufacturer to get exactly what was needed. I received the table the very next week. I would highly recommend All Backyard Fun!
