Allay were able to get me some money back from Lloyds Bank which was great, however the amount of phone calls, texts and emails was annyoying.

Allay did a good job. My only problem was that I felt I was being harrassed for payment of the Allay fees from the time I was advised that my claim was successful until I received the money. There were several e-mails and a telephone call reminding that there fees were due on receipt of the claim which I felt were unnecessary and I resented it. However, I did pay their fees on the day that I received the monies.

Their fee is expensive in comparison to the service you receive. Tried to call numerous times regarding a query, always 15+ in the queue

Take to much of the total if they win. 24% and call you on the day they hear you've received the check asking for payment.

Took a higher percentage of the payout than was fair

Delighted with the outcome and the win, however was disappointed with the hounding feeling after I won. It took a considerable amount of time for the money to be paid and despite confirming this numerous times I was continually, some weeks daily contacted to settle when I still hadn’t been paid.
