I changed address but mail still sent to old house for about 6 weeks. Kept asking for payment and even threatened to pass so a collection agency even though my bank had not yet put my refund into my account. They did successfully get me a small refund that I didn't expect. Overall they were poor with the administration side of the claim.

Successful PPI Claim which i am grateful for, However, I paid their Fees within 3 Days of receiving PPI Refund and yet they continued to send letters demanding Payment even threatening Legal Action !!
They need to check their OWN records not just send threatening letters

Although I recieved money back. I think that the fee they take is very high. It was not plain to see that they take their cut on the whole amount awarded before you pay tax. It should only be taken on th ACTUAL amount you are going to get AFTER tax. I advise others to make their own claim. I did several more myself after getting ripped off.

I kept getting digital updates on my claim, but the first time you get calls is when they are chasing you for their fee, I explained by email payee not sent to me yet and would pay when got my settlement, they did not reply to emails just kept calling me. I trusted them with my data and case, they should trust me to pay!

Sent claim of to this company " months ago.
Still waiting to hear.
