Delighted with the outcome and the win, however was disappointed with the hounding feeling after I won. It took a considerable amount of time for the money to be paid and despite confirming this numerous times I was continually, some weeks daily contacted to settle when I still hadn’t been paid.

Glad I decided to use Allay and there have been some good results. They made an error though with my gender for 1 claim which I had to sort out and I had to complete a very detailed questionnaire for 1 claim. Claims still on going after quite a few months.
