Sent information months ago. Have had numerous update (template do not reply types) emails saying the same thing and still absolutely nothing? I don't understand why it takes so long for some people and not others. Despite all the customer service emails I have sent with no reply, can I not just know either way. Rather than months of waiting?

Allay did a good job. My only problem was that I felt I was being harrassed for payment of the Allay fees from the time I was advised that my claim was successful until I received the money. There were several e-mails and a telephone call reminding that there fees were due on receipt of the claim which I felt were unnecessary and I resented it. However, I did pay their fees on the day that I received the monies.

I kept getting digital updates on my claim, but the first time you get calls is when they are chasing you for their fee, I explained by email payee not sent to me yet and would pay when got my settlement, they did not reply to emails just kept calling me. I trusted them with my data and case, they should trust me to pay!
