On 7/4/19 I purchased 1 washer fairy ball for $19.95 but what was charged to my bank was $315.52. I immediately contacted the company (only could find email for communication) and told them I wanted order canceled and full refund because that is not what I agreed to. They took forever respond and tried to negotiate with me. I told them to stop making offers and give me back my money. On 8/7/19 they said I would get a full refund. I gave it til 9/22 and emailed for status and they said it would be refunded on 10/17/19. On 10/20/19 I had not recwives my money so I emailed again wanting status and was told the date had been pushed back to 11/30/19. Come 12/6/19 I still didn’t have my money so emailed them again and demanded to speak with manager so Vivian Cortez emailed me stating that if I didn’t like how long it was taking then contact my bank. With the holidays I didn’t get time to contact my bank til January. I put in a dispute. They informed me today that it is too old for them to recover. I have to contact the merchant. Well the email I was using to correspond through before is no longer active. So I’m screwed.

On July9 2019, I ordered the Washer Fairy through an ad on Instagram., It was supposed to have cost $19.99; they charged me $172.94 through Paypal. I immediately filed a dispute with Paypal. And nothing happened. This is December 17, 2019 and I still haven’t been able to get my money. Forget calling the All American Gadgets or emailing them. Emails bounce back and the phone is disconnected. Because after two months, I was getting nowhere with Paypal (I think they recently changed their terms to protect vendors instead of consumers based on stuff I see online—which used to be why I used Paypal), I did a chargeback at my bank, but that got reversed a couple of months after. I didn’t see the response from All American Gadgets.
I don’t know what All American Gadgets is telling banks and Paypal. It’s really weird how they’re able to overcharge and keep the money from thousands of people (I think there are at least 10,000 complaints online about them from what I’ve seen) without delivering the product. Even at $172.94 I didn’t receive the product, and this is what all the complaints I saw also say—no one received the product.
I’m still working with Paypal, but the case keeps getting closed without being resolved. I think somebody at All American Gadgets is blowing somebody at Paypal. Otherwise, this makes no sense.
Bottom line is that I no longer use Paypal for buying stuff or getting money, and no longer buy anything from ads on Instagram either, no matter how great the product looks.
I’m writing this complaint everywhere I can online, to hopefully keep someone else from getting ripped off by these scammers.
And some class action lawsuit lawyer needs to go after these people. I think all of us who got ripped off should gang up and force a class action lawsuit. No company deserves it more than All American Gadgets!
Maybe in the next year I’ll create a website where people can all go to voice their complaint about All American Gadgets only, and when we have enough people on there, we’ll reach out to a class action lawyer to file a suit against them.

I ordered *1* WasherFairy ball. I was billed $170 by Allamericangadgets , I disputed via my Visa card and they reversed the charge, but a month later, Visa send me a response from a company named : stripe, Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, Tele# 650-644-0228 and reversed the charge back to my account. I contacted Visa and they said that since they verified the credit card transaction they would not help me , but they did inform me that the company informed them that was refunding $151 to me. The last time someone answered the phone was on 11/17/2019 and the Manager named Frank informed me it would be posted on 11/30/2019. Now the phone is not answered and emails sent are answered.

In July 2019 I ordered A laundry ball for $19.95 and was charged $326.13. Immediately e-mailed them (can't get through on phone) to cancel the order. Also contacted the credit card company to cancel payment. After 2 months the credit card company is denying my dispute due to the response from the vendor which they haven't sent me a copy of. ALL of my cards with Citibank will be cancelled because of their mishandeling of this issue.

Ordered a laundry ball for $19.95, when credit card was put in was charged $173.34. Immediately starting trying to get ahold of someone. No results. Have been trying for over 2 weeks now. Call the bank to stop payment but it had already been taken out of account.bank has been trying to help me but has had no luck getting ahold of them. Please all I want is my money back
