I have purchased numerous tickets through access ticket and I’ve only had the best experiences dealing with very professional people at the office who have gone above and beyond to make sure I get the tickets I want and the time I want them and if anything happens as it did when Eric Clapton had to reschedule due to illness they called me immediately and let me know when it was rescheduled and all the other info. This is the only company I will deal with and when you want great seats..that always has a great price tag as well. I personally want to thank them for always being so great and now..on a mission to find those Eagle Tix for the 2020 tour!!

Darren found me the best tickets ever for 'Hamilton' and saved me so much in service fees. Would 100% recommend All Access Tickets and the only company I shall purchase from...looking forward to 3 more concerts with tickets via All Access Tickets.

I was impressed that All Access would take the time to call me with the great news they were going to upgrade my tickets for no apparent reason. They put is in the center section in the eight row for the Elton John concert in Grand Rapids Michigan. They were very cordial on the phone and my wife was Very Happy and so was I. I will ALWAYS check with these folks first when I want to go see a show (and we see a lot of them).

I had never been to a show at the staples center. Josh was very attentive and patient with me as he scoured several markets to find me the best bang for my buck. I purchased some tickets through ticketnetwork which were done through all access tickets. I had clicked on the wrong day and I didn't notice. I called ticketnetwork and they told me there was nothing that they could or would even attempt to do. They didnt care that I had spend over $500 and just wanted the next night. I noticed in the email that all access tickets was who the order was with and I gave them a call. Within 10 minutes I was all set and the rep was wonderful. I would like to say thank you to that rep and to the company that didnt leave me with unusable tickets.
