The ticket was being FedExed and they were unable to deliver to my apartment. Ticket was returned and I was contacted. 5 stars for the customer service on making sure I got my ticket. I gave new address to deliver at my office and a few days later I received. When I opened the envelope, the ticket was a sheet of paper I could have printed upon ordering. Why did it need to get sent via Fed Ex?

Not on time, poor customer service. I paid for tickets for good seats and still havent received them and guy on phone tried to sell me cheaper tickets rather than giving me what I paid for.

The tickets came back with a different section and row I hope the tickets I printed out are not a scam. The tickets were over twice as much as the general admission price. Which it turns out the I paid more for tickets and still have to fight to get to the floor level. But the tickets I paid for were floor level Just got an uneasy feeling now. And the worst feeling is I can't find out with I have valid tickets until the day of show

I called another reseller simply because they advertised 100% satisfaction. I did not care so much that it was a reseller. Was on hold, no problem, then a person answered and sold me tix for 200% overprice! Evidently, that hold transferred me to allaccesstickets and I had no idea because they did not identify themselves specifically as "allaccesstickets" upon answering. I had no idea I was even dealing with allaccesstickets until I checked the credit card company charge. Unfortunately, I paid with my debit card and not my credit card, or I could've stopped the transaction, because I would've read online reviews. When I called what turned out the allaccesstickets phone number, a man answered the phone, laughed at me when I said I called a different number not listed as "allaccess tickets" but who guaranteed 100% satisfaction. He jeered because I said I was not 100% satisfied, yelled at me (yes. All of this is true) that they [AllAccesstickets] would stomp me legally (exact words,) and told me that the situation was easy to explain: That it was only a number for a big network of resellers, And I just happened to get all accesstickets after my hold. He also made it clear that I could NOT do anything legally, because "THEY HAD ME ON TAPE." He repeatedly badgered me saying "did you or did you not say you accepted the terms? Well, we have that on tape, so complain all you want because nothing will happen." So, I hadn't called the people at the phone number listed I thought I had called, and nowhere was allaccesstickets listed. Had I KNOWN it was Allaccesstickets, I would've chosen a different company altogether, not just because of other online reviews, but also the way "customer service" treated me, the customer. I would never have bought a ticket for $300 when they were being sold for $50 (presale) or $I00 regular general admission. I will never, ever use a debit card because it offers no consumer protection services as credit cards do. I dislike intensely the way I was treated on the phone, as does my friend who happened to be sitting there while I haplessly asked "why are you laughing at me?" I doubt a tape was made of that phone call, but I suggest Corporate listen to it if there is. There. True story. I changed my spelling of company name All Access to allaccesstickets so there'd be no confusion about the company I had dealings with. But one star does imply rude behavior, nonetheless. I would give -300 if I could. Just read online reviews. And always pay with a credit card.

I had never been to a show at the staples center. Josh was very attentive and patient with me as he scoured several markets to find me the best bang for my buck. I ended up loving the seats and have been shopping from All Access Tickets. When it comes to great customer service. Josh Greenly is your man.

I purchased some tickets through ticketnetwork which were done through all access tickets. I had clicked on the wrong day and I didn't notice. I called ticketnetwork and they told me there was nothing that they could or would even attempt to do. They didnt care that I had spend over $500 and just wanted the next night. I noticed in the email that all access tickets was who the order was with and I gave them a call. Within 10 minutes I was all set and the rep was wonderful. I would like to say thank you to that rep and to the company that didnt leave me with unusable tickets.

Updated review ---- I received a courtesy call about 30 minutes after writing the review. I was corrected. I admit I didn't see the smaller print stating when the tickets would arrive. Therefore, in my error I will place a new rating of four stars. The reason for four is only because my first inquiry didn't get responded to until after I wrote the review. Feel much better and look forward to the concert.

I ordered tickets to Mumford and Sons in Madison, WI for end of April. I received confirmation the tickets were ordered but have yet to actually receive the email with the tickets enclosed. I inquired about where/when they would show up in my inbox but rather than a reply answering my question, I receive this email to give them a review of my experience. Since I have yet to receive tickets or acknowledgement of my inquiry, I cannot recommend this service.
