Way overpriced and tickets are not clear what you are getting. We bought thinking we were getting front row tickets when we were actually buying into a "lot" and then being assigned seats. Tickets were also not received for 3 months and then took 2 days longer than the communicated release date because they hadn't received the tickets yet. We were hustled out of $1300 dollars plus after fees, etc. and their continuous excuse is "market value". Only use Stub Hub as it is CLEAR what row and seat you are purchasing.

I talked with them several times and asked for a full refund only to be told it was a valid sale. This company was with Ticket Network, who is also conveniently not responsible.

All in all, they will be responsible to take your money for completely inflated tickets but are not responsible for anything else.

These guys are essentially scabbing tickets.

Never receive voucher/rebate promissed. Never receive benefit packet/ membership info. Paid $75 for a $30 @ the door ticket. Show was a school sponsored performance of my 10yr old niece's dance school. All ticket sales were directed to go to All Access Tickets and all who did paid st least $20 over at the door/ ticket stamped price. Non of the extra $20+went to the school. Base tickets started @$25 .

It was weeks before I received the tickets. Very poor communication after the purchase except to warn that they are slow and do not communicate.

Not happy. They advertised a lot of wrestlers would be there but they weren't.

Fast and accurate

I beg you to not use this site and to please learn from my costly mistake. Bought the tickets online for an upcoming play. Was very excited about the event and was happy to pay the price of my two tickets. Shortly after my purchase I was called to be informed their was an error on the website and that the tickets I purchased were no longer available, but not to worry, I would be given "even better seats" at no additional cost. Once the new tickets arrived their pricing on the ticket was significantly less. I called the site to ask if I would be getting a refund for he difference and I was told know that what was on the ticket was not its current market value. However when I went online to the actual venues website the play was not sold out and that I could still buy the tickets side by side to the tickets the site gave me and pay the same as was printed on the ticket. All in all, after adding conveince fees, service fees and taxes for both the tickets I purchased $399.75 and the venues site $219.50 it is clear I was swindled out of nearly $180. I asked to cancel my tickets but was told they were unable to return any of my funds. It was a complete scam and I will never use this service again.

It wasn't clear on the seating chart on the location of the seats

I paid $160 for tickets that would have cost at the box office i thought I was communicating with. The tickets you provided had the name of another person on them. The theater refused to honor them. I contested your charge but Amex ruled in your favor. I cancelled AMEX and I will be more wary of ticket salpers in the future.

Your choice of seats to choose from was not good. When we got there we saw whole sections that had nobody in them. We didn't get a choice of those seats ! I will not trust you to tell me what seats are available.

I tried to buy tickets for my daughter and husband to see Neil DeGrasse Tyson in Seattle on November. It was impossible to get the on Ticketmaster's website, so I called Seattle Theater Group - because the show was listed on their site. I was assured by their ticket office that they could sell me the tickets - which they did - through this site - who I am sure bought them from the Ticketmaster site and re-sold them for twice the cost.
