I have purchased numerous tickets through access ticket and I’ve only had the best experiences dealing with very professional people at the office who have gone above and beyond to make sure I get the tickets I want and the time I want them and if anything happens as it did when Eric Clapton had to reschedule due to illness they called me immediately and let me know when it was rescheduled and all the other info. This is the only company I will deal with and when you want great seats..that always has a great price tag as well. I personally want to thank them for always being so great and now..on a mission to find those Eagle Tix for the 2020 tour!!

Sold me a ticket that did not exist! When I reported the charge to my credit card company, the seller had the audacity to report that I was lying and had "buyer's remorse." They claimed that they had "upgraded my ticket" to the row actually did exist; however, that was not the case. In fact, they sent me through email, on the day of the event, tickets to a row that still did not exist. BEWARE! Go with Ticketmaster every time to avoid scammers.

This company will mislead you to believe you are buying tickets from Ticketmaster, and they charge you double the amount of the ticket. We bought concert ticket from them and they charged us $257 per ticket and a $318 service fee totaling $1,355. We could have bought the same tickets from tickmaster for $136 a piece totaling $544. Big rip off do not buy from this company. I seen multiple other people make the same complaint about this company, and the company has no remorse for actions.

The tickets we were sent were not certified nor valid for entry into the Empower Field at Mile High stadium. At the gate the employees stated the barcode was not a valid entry barcode. We attempted to go to the box office and have our tickets retrieved, but our names were not on the tickets so they were unable to get our tickets. We attempted to call all access tickets emergency phone number several times for resolution with no returned call. I have emailed them with no returned email. This company is very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM!

You could look me up by my name, I mean the gentleman I spoke with today in fact found my order by looking up my name took him few minutes because you have two different systems to look through.
Based on All Access answer to my review This review fact is about All Access Tickets where I did purchase my tickets from even says All Access on my credit card another way of deception by this company. And trust me, at the bottom of their answer it states they would be happy to resolve any conflicts; no they wont another deception.
Let's just say dont waste your time buying tickets from these belligerent incompetent non professionals 1) prices are higher then anyone else 2) they front their internet page like your ordering from Ticketmaster but it's Ticketmeters 3) when a venue is canceled they still try to charge you shipping fees for something you never received or will ever attend and they refuse to give back even though the host of venue assured no fees would be charged. COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM.

If I could give a negative star I would! They are master manipulators and master deception artists! They are such an atrocious business that the only thing they are good at are being belligerent and condescending. Their “customer complaint” department is probably larger than their sales department. They prey on confusing people. They prey on people who are distracted when buying legitimate tickets. They’re ruthless. You’re at Ticketmaster or other legit sites and click one wrong link and then you get diverted to one of their 3rd party sites. FYI they have tons of 3rd party sites that are linked to them. Then this 3rd party site is made to replicate Ticketmaster and other legit sites. It’s fraud by deception.

DO NOT purchase tickets through All Access. Their prices are inflated 4x what other places are charging. There is absolutely no refund possibility. This place is a scam. Go elsewhere for your tickets!

I also would leave a 0 star rating if possible. Outright thieves. My husband paid $2500 for a Lion King Show in Spokane, only to be told after being charge that the show was cancelled. This was lie. We made other plans and upon returning from a vacation out of the country that in fact the show had not been cancelled. We had made other plans. They refused to refund the charge - made a deal with my husband that they would refund the charge for a $1000 credit. Totally unreasonable. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

Darren found me the best tickets ever for 'Hamilton' and saved me so much in service fees. Would 100% recommend All Access Tickets and the only company I shall purchase from...looking forward to 3 more concerts with tickets via All Access Tickets.

These people are theif's but so is Ticket Magic for allowing them to sell on their sights. Neither company wanted any responsibility for not delivering the tickets as they said they would. I received tickets less than three hours before the concert and impossible to get to in time. They charged three times the price and didn't deliver and they do not care. they should be blocked and not allowed to sell.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I’ve only ever left positive reviews for companies, but I feel bad for anyone choosing AXS for tickets. I ordered tickets for a show in NY (I live in CT) and I received my tickets by email FOUR minutes before the show was scheduled to start. Obviously, I didn’t set out for NY seeing as I had no tickets by the time I needed to leave. I reached out a few times the day of the show and conveniently no one got back to me. The following day, I called to let them know that I missed the show due to their poor customer service and waited on hold several times. The representative was very nice, but did not refund me, and promised that her “supervisor would call me tomorrow to resolve the matter”. No one ever called, I was never refunded, and most importantly, I missed the concert. Thanks..

These crooks raped me on concert tickets that weren't even on sale to the general public yet, and then tacked on $500 on each ticket for fees. When I figured out how bad they had fleeced me, I called and requested a refund. They said "No Refunds - All Sales are Final." They use misleading websites and trap consumers who think they are dealing with someone else. Do not do business with these crooks.

Bought tickets online from Paperstubs.com for a concert that the tickets are not on sale for yet. The event venue said they do not sell tickets that way and suggested getting a refund. Paperstubs.com isn't responsible because the tickets are actually from allaccesstickets.com who is not responsible because of the terms and conditions on paperstubs.com's website. AAT suggested buying insurance from Allienz Global, but before I did that, I called my credit card company who has opened a case because they noticed the "red flags" right away. I was a nieve consumer and was scammed out of tickets for a concert that cannot be legit because the venue told me directly they only sell actual tickets through their website. Such bad business. Karma will come back around and get these scammers. I hope my credit card company gets them too! :)

Bought tickets through this company to see the killers in Las Vegas on Feb 3rd. I've been to every killers concert in Las Vegas since their first album. After the mass shooting on October 1st in Las Vegas we decided we do not feel safe going to a concert in Las Vegas any longer and called for a refund. Here are some of the things that were said to us by managers Alex and Darrin from All access Tickets.
"We don't refund tickets because your scared, plus the concert is 6 months away from now" "29,999 other people are not afraid to go to the concert so you shouldn't be either" "you should have bought ticket insurance for this exact reason" yeah like we knew someone would shoot 58 people at a concert. Darrin equated this to the same as being in a car accident for a reason to not want to attend a concert. Darrin is lost in the money behind this company and cares about nothing else and no one else. Bottom line this company is heartless, ruthless, and completely disconnected to their client base. After Darrin telling me if I actually called the merchant who took our payment I could get a refund through them that was untrue also, as they have to have approval from All Access Tickets to give the refund which Darrin would not provide. Tracey the manager of the company who took our payment said that All Access Tickets doesn't think they can sale the 2 tickets in the 6 month timeframe and that it's too close to the date of the concert, yet 6 months time according to Darrin is enough time to feel comfortable attending a concert after the biggest tragedy in our city's history. Darrin also offered to resale the tickets for me even though he feels that 6 months timeframe to refund them is not an appropriate amount of time to garner a refund, makes total sense right? Never ever ever buy tickets from All Access Tickets or Ticket Liquidators.

I bought tickets for my daughter for an event downtown. These two seats were literally the only ones left anywhere online. So I shelled out $600 for two seats with a face value of $75 each.
Then, I saw these reviews online and was sick. I was raped on the price and now I had reason to believe that I was about to be completely ripped off. I spent the next 6 weeks worried that I had been screwed and I called them several times. They never called back or emailed when they said that they would and out of 4 people that I spoke to, only one was rude, the others were very nice.
About six weeks later, three days before the event I called them and they told me that the tickets were ready for pick up at the box office and that they had been upgraded. So I went to the box office and got the tickets. They had in fact been upgraded to seats on the main floor, dead center about 5 rows back! The value of these tickets was $160 each so I felt some real relief because It turned out that I had only been half raped on the price.
Bottom line is that they did do what they said they would do. In fact, they did better. The only reason that I did not give them 5 stars is because of the insane price that I had to pay.

Unacceptable service. Rude salespeople. Dishonest scalpers. They must hate their jobs and lives because every single one of them were argumentative and derisive.
(1) They do not deliver by guaranteed delivery day, and insist that the fine print says they only guarantee tickets by the time of the show.
(2) The tickets are double the price of regular tickets. Read other reviews below.
Don't get tricked like we did. This business should go bankrupt.
Also, see Yelp for the company's terrible reviews. Don't take it lightly that so many people have had negative experiences with All Access Tickets.

Way overpriced and tickets are not clear what you are getting. We bought thinking we were getting front row tickets when we were actually buying into a "lot" and then being assigned seats. Tickets were also not received for 3 months and then took 2 days longer than the communicated release date because they hadn't received the tickets yet. We were hustled out of $1300 dollars plus after fees, etc. and their continuous excuse is "market value". Only use Stub Hub as it is CLEAR what row and seat you are purchasing.
I talked with them several times and asked for a full refund only to be told it was a valid sale. This company was with Ticket Network, who is also conveniently not responsible.
All in all, they will be responsible to take your money for completely inflated tickets but are not responsible for anything else.

Rude - way overpriced - hung up on me and told me I was out of luck - their website is misleading - when i was stating my case about the tickets- ppl were laughing in the background and told me never to call them again - and were laughing - tickets - told them i found tickets for 39 - and they said - well you paid 300 - enjoy

I tried to buy tickets for my daughter and husband to see Neil DeGrasse Tyson in Seattle on November. It was impossible to get the on Ticketmaster's website, so I called Seattle Theater Group - because the show was listed on their site. I was assured by their ticket office that they could sell me the tickets - which they did - through this site - who I am sure bought them from the Ticketmaster site and re-sold them for twice the cost. I received a paper e-ticket...

I paid $160 for tickets that would have cost at the box office i thought I was communicating with. The tickets you provided had the name of another person on them. The theater refused to honor them. I contested your charge but Amex ruled in your favor. I cancelled AMEX and I will be more wary of ticket salpers in the future.

I beg you to not use this site and to please learn from my costly mistake. Bought the tickets online for an upcoming play. Was very excited about the event and was happy to pay the price of my two tickets. Shortly after my purchase I was called to be informed their was an error on the website and that the tickets I purchased were no longer available, but not to worry, I would be given "even better seats" at no additional cost. Once the new tickets arrived their pricing on the ticket was significantly less. I called the site to ask if I would be getting a refund for he difference and I was told know that what was on the ticket was not its current market value. However when I went online to the actual venues website the play was not sold out and that I could still buy the tickets side by side to the tickets the site gave me and pay the same as was printed on the ticket. All in all, after adding conveince fees, service fees and taxes for both the tickets I purchased $399.75 and the venues site $219.50 it is clear I was swindled out of nearly $180. I asked to cancel my tickets but was told they were unable to return any of my funds. It was a complete scam and I will never use this service again.
