Today I was informed by my credit card company that fraudulent charges were made by this company. I have no idea what this “company “ is but reading the reviews it doesn’t doing good! I will be pressing charges against This company and whoever stole my credit card information!!

i ordered a stuff, they said the expected delivery date is about 22 days. It is more than a month, I checked detailed status, still they didn't ship it. I tried to contact seller and send message, but no response. It's really frustrating. The first experience turned into bad experience.

This is a scam website. Have been waiting for an order since 10th August, was advised that it would take up to 60 to 70 days, as it was a battery. Waited and nothing arrived tracking keep saying in transit. Ihave emailed numerous times and was told to be patient. My patience has run out as I keep getting the same answer. Tried to go through disputes but was unable as it was over the time to lodge dispute, even though they advised that it would take longer. My last request which was yesterday to a refund was replied with an emoji blowing me a kiss. I have now lost $153 not happy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Be careful with order from AliExpress's… Be careful with order from AliExpress's Site their warranty for purchases on their site is very limited , I purchased a product two and a half months ago and did not receive it , I have sent an evident from postal office that I did not receive the goods but the seller refuse to refund me and AliexPress backup the seller and did not help at all. Customer support of Aliexpress is not user friendly,I tried chat and have also sent mail after digging web for some email of contact center but did not receive any response. I expected better solution for my lost at least that the seller and Aliexpress give up there profit from the sale in case customer did not receive the good .

There system is beyond a joke. Long story short item not received. Seller only used my town for address. No house number no street name. Just the town I live in. Somehow it’s been marked as delivered when it Has not. Local post office won’t give me any evidence to prove this as tracking clearly states item has been returned but on aliexpress systems shows as delivered. Because it shows as delivered on there stupid website, I can’t open item not received case. Only option I had was to open case via. Item received but not as described. No help from Ali express and each agent can’t help and no refund 60 days later. The customer service team does even have the infrastructure to keep note off cases likes this and leave notes for each other, so next time you call customer’s services you don’t have to tell them your full story on what has happened, with Ali express I have wasted at lest 6 hours of ma life I’m a month just explaining the Situation. Also agents don’t understand fully. No one is taking ownership of the case. They say message buyer a message buyer and he say item maker as delivered sorry and am like wtf. Bunch of idiots. All well of your item get delivered of it doesn’t good luck trying to get your money back. There systems and producers is very poor. Causes a lot of stress, wasted a lot of time as well. Still waiting for response via email. Item still not revived refund not issued. Customer service can’t help for there procedures and sellers will not response. Poor poor poor poor Internal system and lack of customer services skills and understanding.

This is the second time seller raise price after I place an order and refuse my cancel request. They shipped my item to a wrong address so i couldn't receive it. I tried to report it to alexpress and nothing had been done, almost like they allow this kind of seller behavior. Customer service is robot and nothing can be done.

I've been dealing with Allexpress for about 2 yrs. But only lately I've had a few items that have not turned up and they drop out of my account.. A nuisance. And not alot of contact with said people to get back to me... But overall the shopping experience is good..

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is the worst. They sell junk and if there is an issue with size, they make you jump through a hundred hoops to prove your evidence, and they reject your return anyway. I am stuck with two pairs of shoes that do not fit and they refuse to give me return or a refund. They are CRIMINALS.

I was CHARGED shipping when it was clearly marked FREE SHIPPING. Immediately I canceled the order in less than a minute. They ignored the CANCEL and continued to ship and charge me. I was not allowed to even dispute this until the merchandise arrived, if it would ever. I had to get my Credit Card Company involved. THERE ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS ON THIS SITE. You wont discover this until it happens to you. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

I am having the terrible experience on two products I purchased from Ali express. First, I bought a VK world S8 mobile phone for £122.00 + Tax. On testing the phone, I found it has faulty GPS when informed the seller and opened a return case. I was told the post the phone back to the seller in china on my own cost. I was not offered any cost towards the postage at all. I went to post office and I was told that it does come under prohibited item because of the lithium battery so I cannot sent it . Informed Aliexpress and asked them for collection or any other alternate but unfortunately because their useless customer services they favoured dodgy seller by releasing the funds and kept me on false hope for months. Then I decided not buy any phone from aliexpress again. I did not use the service for the long time. Later on, I started buying electronics components which of lower values. It worked ok for small transactions. Now I am again in the same trap when I purchase and replacement screen about £12.82. Seller has sent me a screen with dead pixels and it is also previously marked by the seller which shows that seller knew it before it was despatch. I opened return and seller tried manipulating through messaging to emphasise to close the return. I was obviously looking the response from customer services and guess what same thing, Ali express instructed to post back the item to chine on my expense and here I am in the same trap. Why would I pay for postage it should be provided by the seller as it is his responsibility to take the faulty item back. I am again being given false hope from Aliexpress that higher team is looking into it... Eventually they realise the fund to another scammer and I will be left with the faulty product. Another advise never buy any seeds of plants from aliexpress, you will always receive Chinese weed and not the same plant as advertised . Shame on Aliexpress obliging the scammers again.

I'm very dissatisfy this app because this is the second time my account got cancelled/terminated. I was a Gold member until my account cancelled last time and I don't won't to regain access to my account. Even I tried to re-set my password via forgot password feature, it shows 'Your account is temporarily locked, do you want to regain access?'. So nothing works until I create my account from the beginning. Now I lost the dispute I logged as well. Not going to use this app any more...

Aliexpress is a Scam website as far as I am concerned. They do not stand by their money back guarantee. Provided all the evidence in the world of a seller shipping a defective product. Seller refused to take responsibility. A dispute was placed with all the legit evidence. Aliexpress customer service assured me I would be receiving a refund. No refund a month later & money was released to the seller. Now Aliexpress does not want to take responsibility.

I ordered headrest covers for my Kia car and it never showed up. Instead, I got some other item for a car. Looks like LED blue ribbon with wires and some plastic caps with VW logo. The other customer that ordered this probably got my headrest covers. Order was under $10. I try to ship by ePacket when available. You pay a bit more, but have better chance of ealier delivery.

Aliexpress's limited dispute period does not help at all because majority products will show some defects after using for a while which will easily pass disputed period. After that period, customers are unable to go thru Aliexpress to write down helpful feedback information to help future buyers. After that period, customers can only write down text messages to original sellers. However, original sellers disregard these messages by replying an automatic default message. It is really ridiculous. For example, I bought two 30W LED Lights (SJLA Warranty 5Year Waterproof IP66 Outdoor Wall Garden Spot Refletor Exterior Security Foco Lamp 110V 220V 100W Led Flood Light). One life was 6 months and other life stays 10 months. Both stay less than 1 year and I should get warranty. I keep calling the seller sales number 00860 400-0760-230/011860 400-0760-230 which is printed in the product warranty paper, I got same answer "Sorry, line is busy" and then disconnected. I think it is a fake number. It is the AliExpress issue, a loophole, which does not diligently support customers to let seller utilize this loophole of AliExpress policy. If there was a zero star selection, I will select zero start for AliExpress.
