Shocking company , poor customer service!
Ordered an item on 27/01/20 - a simple door bell. Never received.
Chased via e-mail on 06/02/20 - no response.
Chased by phone - said they’d get back to me, were waiting for the supplier to supply them! There was no mention of stock issue when I ordered and paid!
Get your act together! If you aren’t bothered about online customers then don’t sell online!
I’ve disputed via my credit card company as you took my order, took my money and didn’t supply the goods!

Never did receive item, had a refund with no explanation of apology. I didn’t even want to give this review 1star but you can’t go further without doing so.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS & look at FB reviews as more on there!

I have ordered for Black & Decker Pd1800el-GB Flexi Vac 18 V Li-ion Cordless Dustbuster from Alexshanks on 1st of August. Has been over 3 weeks now. As of 20th August have not received the items nor any dispatch notification. I called them around the 10th of August and they promised that they will call back which they have not done. I have just again called them on 20th August and they have promised to come back today with a status update. Will wait and see.

A very poor overall experience and I will not recommend purchasing any items from them
