They wouldn't allow me to enter because I had no mask. Shouldn't be a policy that they admit some but not others without it

I went to Albertson's years ago though just for one or two things if they were the closest grocery store. But on top of that the cashiers were horrible. They always gave me the feeling that they were better than me. So eventually I stopped going there even just for one thing.

I selected coupons in the app for various discounts totaling $10. When I got home I realized I was overcharged by $9. This has happened multiple times. Online Customer Service offered no solution other than to tell me to wait 5 mins to make a purchase after selecting a coupon.
I have replied twice to their message with no response.
I am so done with being ripped of by Albertsons.

I wanted to show my appreciation for a job well done to Adaeze Okoye @SavOnLTCPharmcy @Albertsons on Montana for her exemplary customer service skills. She went above and beyond to assist me. Ms Okoye is a shining example for your company! I wanted to ensure that we celebrated her kindness and integrity. You are truly blessed to have her at the 5200 Montana store in El Paso.

they should be applauded for making all employees speak English. This is America and we speak English. Too many illegals and illegal lovers are ruining this country allowing them to spit on this country by not speaking English. If you refuse to speak English do it at your home, your church, the stores that are not in English. This company has not discriminated against stupid Hispanics that hate this country

In Las Vegas, grocery stores are an extremely competitive business. Those who show up with the best prices and selection win. Albertsons is not one of them. Prices are the highest among stores, quality is maybe the same or less. I've been in really awful and dirty Albertson stores. I take my money to the best quality store, Smith's, which is part of the Kroger family. Albertsons may think that they're the 800 lb gorilla in the space, but they're absolutely not.

I've been shopping at Albertson's for many years. 2 1/2 years ago, I moved to Denison, Texas and was glad to find an Albertsons nearby.
But for some strange reason, they think they should have access to my name, phone #, and email address in order for me to get their "justforU" specials. I explained to them I don't do texts - I don't do or have apps on my phone - other than the weather and GPS. Too bad, I was told, the company requires you to sign up for their specials and want to have my information so they can track my purchases and sell my information to others.
I don't want their damn spam emails.
I know a lot of these younger people have fancy phones and don't mind giving out their personal information to anybody and everybody and getting spam emails. But I'm older, and I DO MIND!
I was given their customer service telephone number and was told I could talk to them. I was told the same thing, but without the sympathy of the employees at the store. I was told you either get the app / sign up for it, or you don't get the special.
Guess what! I don't need Albertsons! There's an Aldi's and a Wal-Mart close by too.
If you're going to treat me like a second class citizen and you don't care about my business - then you'll be doing without my business and I'll be telling my friends and neighbors just how much you hate and despise older people which is apparent since you can't seem to find a way to give those of us who are technologically challenged, or who want to protect our privacy - the specials you offer.
I know being a single older, retired person I don't buy as much as my adult children and grandchildren, but when I tell them how I'm treated, if they have any respect for me at all - and they do - you'll be losing their business too.
Oh by the way - you need to change the name of your "customer service" department to "policy enforcement" department.
When I called, I was told they were just following "policy" and the store employees had to follow the policy if they wanted to continue working there.
My advice is shop at Aldi's and Wal-Mar. They don't demand you give them your phone number, address, and email address to get their specials.

The store at 51st Ave & Cactus/Glendale,Az= entering the store there is so much litter and messes that need to be cleaned and when you enter the store there is a foul smell that is not pleasant. When checking out the cashier is not pleasant. This has happened many times that I have been at this location. I would shop there more often if they would clean the place up and smile at the customers.

Just paid 5.99 for a little bottle of nutmeg, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO PISSED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Completely outrageous and so expensive. Albertsons is so expensive and I will not shop there again.

The most innovative is WholeFoods.
I used to live a few blocks from an Albertson's and I rarely used it.
Truly awful deli section.
Overpriced considering the quality.
They say that if you live close to a Trader Joe's your home is worth 40% more.
I imagine with Albertsons this is not the case.
In 20 years they did not come up with one single good idea.
The difference between the people who work at Albertson's and Whole Foods is spectacular.
Whole Foods is like Palo Alto.
Albertsons is like a Pigly Wigly in Georgia.
Actually Pigly Wigley has better fried chicken.

I was really disappointed in the service I received the other day. I bought a carrot cake and I noticed it tasted kind of funny only to discover MOLD was growing on the bottom. I contacted the store via their survey and the manager emailed me saying they would give me a whole brand new cake for my one serving size and I was thoroughly that the manager contacted me. Way to go Albertsons!!!
