Shocking experience with brand new Vitara, having scratches and not properly detailed and clean on delivery. Had to return car three times before it was in an acceptable new car condition. Sent email to Principal with photos but received no response.
Three months on, car would not start and was unresponsive, contacted road side assistance and mechanic said that terminal was completely loose, he suggested we contact Suzuki as he has not seen anything like it.
On a good note, never had a problem with service department on my other Suzuki.
Would not buy from Alan Mance again as this experience was pathetic.

Alan Mance Suzuki staff are very polite and efficient.
It was my second service there and the car had no issues that were reported.
The only improvement I could suggest would be how the car is washed. The car still had patches of dirt and dust on the car bonnet and the window looked as though just a hose was just run over them.
I know some people when they take their car in for a service elsewhere also get their car vacuumed inside and the tyres are painted to give you a showroom look but overall the service of the car was well done.

The company seems very disorganised and unable to remember anything. Staff were changed several times during my recent purchase - both salesperson and manager. Questions were not answered - including questions such as "Can I get a ... how much will that cost?" inviting the company to sell me something on top of the basic purchase! First the car was going to be delayed until March. Ok, that's fine - I'm going overseas early in the New Year, I'll pick it up when I get back. Then they ring to say they've gone to a lot of trouble and got one in early - they forgot I was going overseas. I quite frankly wonder how or why they stay in business.
Addendum - just got rung by Mr Mance who appears to have no understanding of customer service. He was defensive and angry and totally in denial. I have bought two vehicles from this company. His job was easy - all he had to say was that he was sorry for my Bad experience, explain that is not the usual experience and so on. but no, he had to get stuck into me!
Clearly, if you have an unfavourable experience, they are not interested in hearing about it. That is certainly the last time I buy a vehicle from this company. And the thing that has really turned me off is Mr Mance's phone call.
