We came yesterday to look at purchasing a BRAND NEW Acadia , we left totally unsatisfied the customer service just wasn’t there at all . We left very disappointed to say the least , now I know why the shop is dead .

Anthony Jones is a friendly, professional and honest salesperson who made purchasing my used car a breeze. An electric window motor went a short time after (unfortunately not covered by the dealer warranty but all good). The workshop team got the part in and fixed it that day even though I could see they were flat out. I bumped into Anthony while waiting who stopped and made sure everything else with the car was ok and that I was happy with it, which even 5 months on I very much am.

THIEVES AND LIARS!
Beware of these guys. They convinced me to put a deposit down on a car *pending finance*. When my finance wasn't approved they kept the deposit money. Absolute scum! Stealing $200 from an apprentice... they must really be struggling.
Do not trust them with your money.

Online website says Sales is open on a Sunday. Called and spoke to several different people and nobody had any idea what was going on. Issue is not that the website is wrong but the amount of time and messing around it took to get an answer, and the people I did deal with were not friendly and acted like me calling wanting to come and buy a car was an inconvenience to them even when I spoke directly to the sales department. I expect better customer service from people who I was going to buy a car off. Customer service needs a lot of work especially in a sales role.

They also scammed me out of my deposit. They're sneaky because they know getting a lawyer will be more expensive for us. Don't put a deposit on a car there, actually don't buy a car from them at all! It's people like them that give second hand car salesmen a bad name. Cannot believe they can be stuck cheap scumbags!

Bought 2 business vehicles over the past 2 years for, Leo was the person we dealt with who provided above and beyond level of setvice. A business is a good as its employees.

Keep getting reminded to constantly make a review... it’s not particularly pleasant being told how many stars I should give during or at the end of my service. Plus when I got my car, I paid for a full tank in the contract but only got half because of some fault with the refuelling machine. Nothing was done about it.

We bought our car back in March from Alan Mance Footscray based on an ad showing 5 year factory Warranty, 5 years roadside assist and 3 years Free Scheduled servicing.
We have requested this in writting/documentation now that we have the car but nothing is forthcoming despite several requests.
Holden customer service have indicated they have no knowledge of the 5 year Factory warranty.
We also raised at the first service that the door handles were the wrong shade and needed fixing, we were told there were a number of cars with a similar issue and we would be contacted once a fix had been worked out, have not heard anything ~ 4 months later.
There have been several other issues which makes us wonder whether there is a problem of incompetence or dishonesty.

Recently purchased the 2018 LS plus, runs extremely well, quiet and smooth drive. It has all the mod cons but still sorting some of them out. Peter sold me the car and was a pleasure to deal with. Only negative i can note is that the colour grey I chose looks great,but it attracts dirt and dust, i assume that i should have added some form of glaze that might have made it easier to keep clean. Overall, however, I love the car and am very pleased that i bought it.

When you take your car in for a warranty issue, you ask for certain things to be checked (in writing and verbally). On collection, you aren't given a full verbal report of what was done or a written record, which I haven't experienced at any other car dealer, over many years. When I ask about what was done, I find that some things weren't checked and when the problem persists, I've had to return the car once or twice more.
The staff are friendly, but I'd like to have problems checked thoroughly and fixed the first time. Since a courtesy car is rarely available, it is quite inconvenient for me to keep returning the car and trying to get home and to work by public transport, and I have missed some shifts because of this.
Another issue is that staff say they will ring you when the car is ready, but this doesn't happen. With public transport, you have to leave home early, to pick up the car by closing time. If you kept waiting for a call or left home late, the dealership would be closed and you wouldn't get the car back.

I took my car there three times they issued slip and got money from me for the first two times the third time I made them to refund me back .
And I said what I could ...this time George was the staff and one fat man who introduced himself as manager.their face became red like p...
It tooks my three days and my family , but they even touch my car .
My car had sound when the surface is uneven I explained to him that last time I came and explained to you the same problem but not fixed .
George said it is fixed I drove out of car park the sound was there and come back the he drove and oh this sound ok I will fixed it took it in and later come back said . Sorry you need to leave your car here tomorrow we will fix it oh ... they are stealing money from people by saying lies ... it is not what they said they said oh there is an other issue with your car the engine sound it not good it need to be fixed oh oh these people .... they bullied me I went to the police they said it is not police issue go and see your sylisiter ... just feel very week I saw they took my money but I couldn’t do anything.....
