Very worst network service....am using 2 sim cards in airtel network in starting they provide good quality net connection...every time am recharged for 399 package....very very slow connections for net....when I tried to search something I want to wait 10 min for the results....and tried to contact customer care every time they said nxt month we wl fix this issue....sometimes the customer service people's not answering properly.....

Coutemer support in Airtel is worst service,I had an issue in Airtel Network not able to send a message from my phone, and I had complained many times still there is no solution from your end . your coutemer support agent are so irresponsible,they make me very hi rate amuthan and his team member ,this is the coutemer service you people are handling,you people are liking to call you n' number of times ,really I am not satisfied in you service ,what you people are doing from your end.I am really very disappointed .This is the mail I am going to screw you Evey one and I am going to file a dispute about your coutemer service and your network .

I am writing my experience with Airtel dth service. Their signal is good and it works fine, but I think they use cheap devices which stop working after some time. My set top box stopped working and I was getting 'No Signal' on my TV. Then came the worst part. I lodged a complaint with their service center hoping that they will resolve the issue within 24 hours. I was so wrong. All I got was a message from their service center that a complaint is lodged and service guy will come to resolve it. No one showed up. I wasted a whole weekend without going anywhere waiting for their service guy to come. Some one called angrily asking what is the issue. After I told him the issue and gave him my address he stopped responding. I called him many times but to no use. He never picks up call or replies to messages. It's been more than a week now the issue is still not resolved.
I even mailed them on their official mail id. They didn't even bother to respond. Clearly Airtel doesn't want to give good service, they only want customer's money. Their customer service is pathetic..

terrible network issues - they claim there is no problem despite repeated calls and emails to complain about things. I finally switched to Vodafone but it wasn't much better. they both have the same colors red and white so are probably the same company operating throughout the country - one cannot have a conversation using the phone - it is better to use watsapp.

I wish you have 0 STAR rating as well, worse customer service i have ever seen, I was using my Airtel number for last 16-17 years but after multiple calls and even after speaking to Manager, they disconnected my phone. Even they put around 762 rs which i was not suppose to pay as no signal was there while roaming internationally. I will never refer to Airtel to any friend family in near future.

Agar aap koi bhi new connection purchase karne jate h kisi bhi shoe pe.. Aur aap ne apna mind Pehle se set kar rakha h kisi bhi network provider k liye to use hi purchase kare..
For example agar aap ne soch rakha h ki mujhe jio ki sim purchase karni h t} o aap use hi choose kare.. Kyu ki agar aap shop pe jate h aur waha Jaa k bolte h ki mujhe jio ki sim purchase karni h to wo aap ko bolega ki airtel ki sim le lo wo acchi h same benefits h.. Etc

Aaj Kal in airtel walo ka sim sale karne ka naya tarika Aa gya hai ki airtel ki sim purchase kar lo aap ko Amazon prime video ka benefits milega.. Aur jab aap sim purchase kar loge tab aap ko pata chalega ki unhone hame bewkoof bana diya..
Customer care pe call kar k Baat karoge to wo sidha bolenge ki aisa kuch offer nhi chal raha..

I really dont understand what words should be used to get the proper service.
Instead of Investing huge amount on AD's , please invest on giving the proper network/ service to users.
I have never seen such a lethargic people who behave soo irresponsible & always busy only in giving the false assurance.
Dont you people feel shy ? Even after soo many reminders still getting same kind of pathetic service !!
I assume only filthy language suits Airtel & are used

Fraud employees sitting in Agra Sanjay place store, Manish and Jaya Singhania only to Grap money from customers.
I have paid my outstanding balance and Activation charges to Manish still sim not activated yet. When I went again to store, employee jaya Singhania unprofessionally speaks that your amount is still pending you havn't paid the amount and contact to Manish in kamla nagar store which is 10 km far from my house.
My concern is pending from last 4 months.

AIRTEL Nodal officers are slaves of their outsourced verification agency. AIRTEL doesn't have guts to question them when they miss behave and talk unprofessionally.
They want to save them instead of solving 10-year loyal customer issue even aftre 96 hr
My one number out of 4 numbers -968XXXXXX got an issue in SIM swap.
24th March 2019 : 6:30pm Suddenly it has given SIM error [I haven’t opened, changed anything from my side]
Called CC and Customer care suggested to SIM swap.
25th March 10:30am: In one of Airtel outlet:[Kodchikanhalli, Bangalore 560068] I have received new SIM by providing an address, ID proof[Aadhar card] and paying 25/- and received a promise from an executive that, it will be active Max of 4 Hrs.
But not got activated
25th March 6pm: When I cross-checked with same outlet, they informed it’s rejected by customer care. Don’t know the reason . and informed customer care wont work properly and they don’t know anything. They simply rejected it
I found This outlet executive is behaving very much unprofessionally and bad behaviors. And he says that, whatever you do , We don’t care. You can complain to AIRTEL business head also I don’t care.
25th March 8pm Called customer care: they informed, they will activate it within next 12 hrs.
But No, same issue
26th March 1:00pm : connected with Airtel outlet-Garebavi pallya :
They provided new SIM and informed, previous outlet has submitted CAP two time[10:30am and 2:pm, still ticket is opened, We cant raise the sim activation digitally.
Aftre prolog follow up for a week time, than they activated.
Now once again after 2 months the same issue raised
17th June 2019 morning onwards outgoing has been barred.
When I enquire with your AIRTEL HO Bharathi-Bannerghatta road, they informed that address didn't verify.
Although as informed in may month, we are staying the same address from 25+ years and we are using this connection from 10 years without any default payment
Because of one lazy, unprofessional verification agency and executive[ 9972963971], a 10 year loyal customer is suffering.
And the best part is after re-verification is requested, still, the executive didn't do his part and past from 96 Hrs I don't have an outgoing call.
And although 2 months back complaint has been raised against this lazy, unprofessional verification executive is still working at an agency where AIRTEL don't have any hold on them.
In Bangalore civil court, I'm filing a case against Mr.Gopal Vittal and Sunil Bharti Mittal - AIRTEL, for loss of my business and humiliation suffered by not having an outgoing option and harassment by Airtel execuitve[verifiction].

Please I request all customers of Airtel India to switch to another network provider better to escape from false billing exploitation of customers and deceiving activities of Airtel india.evrn if you appeal to Appeliate is of no use.onky redressal is to approach consumer court for redressal.The officials including appellate persons do not understand customer's problems and queries and reply unconnectedly.Different persons give different replies for the problems.Billing is false and mere exploitation of the customers.Every year for some issue or other I have to write several emails but in vain.Only solution is to approach consumer court
