Been using the 6155 River Road Chicago O’Hare Marriot locations for years
Unfortunately when I return from an international flight 10 days later I found my car was loaded with sap deposits the size of a dime from a Pinetree I was parked Under.
I contacted the The Marriott hotel I was informed it was a privately owned parking lot and they informed me that they would do nothing.
I had to have the car detailed at my expense for $137 before the pine tar was crystallized on my new car.
I would have thought they would’ve given me my money for the repair and inconvenience or at least giving me a gift certificate for a future visits.
I will simply move on to many other choices very very unhappy,
And the added insult is a Marriott rewards customer and stay at the Marriott as a travel for business often.
Not happy will go elsewhere, one of the employees also told us to Park near a camera while I was gone as we were waiting for the shuttle, not comforting.

The only thing that I liked better about other lots is that I got more help with my luggage. The van would pull right up by my car and the driver would put my luggage in my car. I had to do my own luggage at Valet Parking, but it was ok. It would especially be nice in the winter time.

There is no point in making a reservation online as it's more of a hassle to print out your receipt and show it at checkout when there is no discount and you pre pay $18 on $44. Better off just showing up in person.

I’m pretty mad that I was tricked into paying a dollar more to this website since it’s NOT the actual Park N Go website. I think it’s unethical of RIC to do this! I’m already paying to fly in and out of RIC. Must you really take another dollar per day out of my pocket?? I support your skycaps with tips. I pay fees included in my airfare to RIC. I hate that I fell for your trick but never again!!

Charley Brown Parking was great! Shuttle was there to pick us up in 5 minutes after we called. Shuttle driver Marcus was great! Has soon as we got to lot cars were ready for us to jump in and drive away! This was are first time using them and we will differently use them again very satisfied !

Tried to use the online reservation system. Got to the end but the system would not recognize the credit card - entered and double checked the card data multiple times. Had to call customer service. Completed the reservation with customer service (who was very helpful) using the exact same data that was entered into the online system.
