I’ve been using airport only for about 8 years now and never ever had a problem. I haven’t had an airport journey without them that I can remember of.

Used to be ok. But now they must be the worst car service in the UK. Always late, if their cars are working or they don’t cancel for other reasons. Just missed my daughters performance because of my driver.

This isn’t the first time I deal with this company, in fact they have been the only car company I dealt with for four years now but lately it became really bad. I’ve ordered a car to pick me up from my place to heathrow, and before the scheduled time by 20 minutes they called to tell me that the driver won’t be attending and they delt with another comoany to get me there but I had to pay and they will refund it by credit and return the difference because I already payed online,but only credited me with 5£, I decided to give them another go but with today’s booking they told me that there wasn’t one ( I obviously booked) and that they will send me another car but it excluded the student discount because it wasn’t online. I’ve recommended a lot of people to go with this company the last four years but I won’t use them again and I’ll tell them not to as well

I travelled many times with them and never had any issue. The booking system is very straight forward, drivers are always on time and willing to wait for you and they had really good customer service on the phone and prices are pretty good for the long journeys I am making to the airport. I would recommend.

The driver was right on time, easily found by the sign he wrote with my name on it, very polite and friendly, and was an excellent driver with a lovely, comfortable car. You can't ask for better than that!

The driver got lost between Shepherds Bush and Heathrow (use the M4), took the wrong exit off the M4 (despite all the signs telling him exactly where to go) and we ended up sitting in an abandoned petrol station while he fired up the GPS.
If they only go to Airports, presumably multiple times a day, it's reasonable to expect they'd know the way.
Instead, we arrived 45 minutes later than expected, making getting through the airport an unenjoyable rush.

I couldn't find my UK sim card while I landed airport so driver couldn't contact me; however, he didn't go away. Finally I used airport wifi to Whatup my husband to call the centre then driver came to pick me up straight away. I only waited for few minutes. Thank you.
Our family always used Airport Only for the journey between the airports instead of others past years, as well as I booked for my friends who visited UK from abroad; because we feel this company's services are very reliable and be trusted.

I've been using Airport Only for several years now, with mostly positive experiences. Pick ups are generally on time and the majority of the drivers are polite and helpful. I would like to report a small recent glitch, where I had the same driver twice within a few months. He was late to collect me at Heathrow and was not particularly helpful with my luggage. Nevertheless, I tipped him both times. To be fair, I've been offered a 10% discount on my next journey, but somehow this seems easier said than done.

On AirportOnly website, I booked a taxi from South East London to Heathrow Terminal 4 the day before my travel from London to Australia. Reservation was made online with a booking fee £2.50 paid. Email confirmation of the taxi booking was received within 30mins after the booking was made. It was clearly stated in the booking that Payment Method - Cash to be paid to the driver directly.
On the day of travel, I got prepared to meet the taxi driver at 6am to go to the airport. At 5.30am (30mins before the travel time), AirportOnly called and informed me that the taxi service was cancelled. The reason of cancellation was that there was no taxi drivers available and also the taxi fare quoted was too low. The operator who called also said that even there was a taxi driver available at that time, none of them will pick me up as the taxi fare quoted was too low.
1) The price quotation was provided by AirportOnly on the website. Customers have no choice/influence over the price quoted but only to accept the price.
2) AirportOnly is not a new taxi service company. I have used the service for more than 8 years. Taxi driver arrangement should have been done earlier but not only 30mins before the travel time.
3) The operator who called to inform about the cancellation was NOT polite and unprofessional by saying the taxi fare quoted was too low and no taxi driver will pick me up with this price. Is this a personal representation or a company representation?
4) In addition, a cancellation email was sent to me stating the taxi service is cancelled. No cancellation reason was provided in the email. What is the standard procedure for a service provider company to cancel the service.
5) I have also paid a £2.50 when I booked the taxi online. There was no refund of the £2.50 when the service was cancelled.
With all these happened, I have wasted additional time and it caused me a lot of stress to rearrange journey to the airport.
