I left my Mercedes car with Airparks (Luton) for 2 weeks in August. On collecting it I noticed that the divers door interior handle had been pulled so hard it had stopped functioning so you now can't exit from the drivers door - hundreds of pounds to repair!. I immediately raised this on site. The manager was disinterested telling me it was probably like that already. IT WASN'T! I suggested that if it was then they should have made a note on my booking reference. I followed this up as a formal complaint and have got no where. In fact now reading other reviews and customer experiences I should have expected that. DO NOT USE AIRPARKS AT LUTON!.

I would NEVER use this car park again. They are thieves!! We had £20 in coins, which we keep for parking, stolen from the car! UNBELIEVABLE. Feel so violated. And also car seemed to have been treated so roughly...things ( back cushion) thrown around..wipers up, seats adjustment totally messed up. What animals! BEWARE

customer beware, they do not tell you that your day end at 12 pm in the afternoon, I arrived a little bit late I was charge not for and extra day, I was a charge for a day and a half totally ripoff, beware of this company plus service fee, taxes, and some other bullcrap

Booking was easy and a decent price. Car drop off was very efficient and collection was super quick. However, the shuttle transfer let's this service down. They are punctual but they do not always meet the demand. They come every 20 mins but the first bus was full and would not take any more passengers. That meant a 40 minute wait.... However, the return journey took the biscuit with some little jobs worth of a driver forbidding anyone taking a drink on board and then leaving half a dozen customers behind when there was easily 8 or more seats left on the bus. It is also worth highlighting that he sat with the engine running while customers wanted to get in.. This guy is not someone you want working for your company he was driving the bus that came in around 11.35p. on 08/08/19.
Btw, don't clean your car as it'll be covered in mud...inside and out

Air oaks meet and greet at Birmingham.
Rang when on way to airport. Pulled up in valet parking.
No issues, gent meet us and had keys.
Rang once in arrivals and had cases.
Walked to valet carpark (only a short walk).
What an excellent surprise. My car was gleeming!!!
Mileage on car had hardly moved, so car wasn't used to 'joy' ride in.
Staff where friendly too. If definition use this service again. So much easier than the shuttle bus.

Terrible service at Birmingham airparks. Avoid at all costs. Service has gone down hill over the years. I returned from portugal to find they had damaged my car. The denied it and had parked the car to hide the damage. I reported it and the female member of staff became aggressive. She did not see the damage.

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR AT LUTON! We parked our Land Rover Discovery in the mid term car park for 1 week and when we returned our tow bar and spare wheel & tyre had been STOLEN from underneath the vehicle. They advertise as a secure car park with CCTV, but nothing has been done about our theft.

Can’t Thank Airparks enough for their honesty!
I thought I’d had my purse stolen on holiday but thankfully returned home to find Airparks staff had put it in our glove compartment.
The young bus driver on our return was happy lugging everyone’s luggage into storage.
Also, we returned home a day late and was happy with the service received by the chap (sorry didn’t take his name) who dealt with us.
We normally go for Luton’s meet and greet but felt airparks was just as quick and efficient.

How I wish I'd read the reviews on Short Run Luton before I booked!
The Short Run website advises "Park in front of the check-in building, offload your bags ... you'll be met by one of the car park's friendly staff who'll take your keys and check you in ... their experienced driver will park your car for you. While you're away, your car will stay in ShortRun's award-winning secured car park, watched by CCTV cameras."
What it doesn't say is that your car may be / will be transferred to different site to the one you parked in. What it doesn't say is that at some stage during the duration of your parking your car, your glove compartments and storage areas will be riffled through. What it doesn't say is that unposted letters will be opened and the contents strewn on in the footwell. What it doesn't say is stuff will be taken from the car. And more importantly, what it doesn't say is that the lauded CCTV cameras will be unable to see who actually committed the act and so no action can be taken and the chances are the person responsible may well be still working there.
I have absolutely no confidence in Short Run Luton and how their business is conducted to ever use the service again and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

We left our car for 7 days in September 2019.
On returning we were advised that the front passenger window had been broken. Airparks had arranged for the window to be replaced, however this does not alter the fact that this despicable act took place in the first place, as Airparks boast CCTV and Chief Police Officers Accredited Scheme for Car Parks security. Which is laughable, when you read the reviews from many other customers who have experienced similar damage and security issues.

There are not enough buses!! After returning from our holiday, the first bus to arrive did not go to our car park. We then couldn’t get on the second because the queue was so big. The next one, wasn’t going to our car park either! In the end we got on a bus after a 50 minute wait!!

I picked my car at 23:00 on Friday due to car park got limited lights and have a black car I did 1st cafe on around 10 miles and found found the front bumper has been scratched. Tried to call and was unable to get through as it’s late in night, website advised to email the picture so I did at 23:30. Next day called customer service and was advised some one will call me in 2 days, Got email response on Wednesday requesting pictures again, so I did and on Friday got email they do not have any record of any accident and can’t do any thing. I requested cctv for my car and they do t want to take responsibility or share cctv. This is worst service and please don’t use the car park if you love your car.

We recently used the Luton Airparks. We were arriving from East Anglia, and therefore not using the motorway. It was very difficult to find. When we told the car park staff, their reply was that it was useless to use a Satnav for directions as they didn’t work. The parking system was okay, but we had to wait for a considerable time for a bus.

I booked Shortrun Luton for 3 days short term parking for my holiday.
They asked me to contact a number to arrange pickup on arrival once I had my bags.
I called the number at 2.11pm and was not picked up until 20mins later.
Unfortunately i was not picked up till 2.31pm.
Not the 5-10 mins transfer I was promised

We usually fly from Luton and only last year started using the airport car park. We had no issues so far, the bus is sometimes very full but it's only 10-12 minutes journey so not a problem.
We saved a lot as the prices are very competitive and for the quality of service I would definitely recommend!

I parked my car using air parks to book imagine parking at John Lennon Liverpool airport. My car is a 370bhp Audi and was driven 5 miles during the time it was meant to be parked in their car park.
Seat position moved, radio changed, and performance mode of the car was changed.
So I can assume it’s be ragged round for 5 miles while I was on holiday.
I was angry be decided it best not to confront the staff in that mood.

Having used airpark a few times in the past we were not concerned about this occasion. We went away for a few days but i had forgotten my cagool in the car. It poured with rain on our return from holiday so i thought I would at least be dry when I got to the car but - no cagool! It is not an expensive item but I am upset that I can no longer trust this company. I have now read other reviews and realise that other items have been stolen. Shame. The company needs to check who they are employing carefully and I will now think seriously about using them in future.

Someone had prised off our car badge while we were away. Contacted and advised as we didn't report it at the time they could do nothing. I have some understanding for this, however my concern is the clearly unsafe and unsecure manner in which the car park us run with no evidence of any CCTV, as stated on the website. Highly frustrated at this but there were so many cars parked in the park I can understand why they wouldn't care about losing one customer.
On a different note (and the only reason they haven't received a 1 star rating), the bus driver was incredibly helpful and friendly on both journeys- a credit to the company.

I used Airpark at Luton and returned on the 30th April at 2300. As it was very late, i bought a drink for my child and i was told i cannot take the drink on the bus, which is understandable.
I was told by the bus driver i have 2 minutes to consume the drink and few seconds later, he told me the bus was leaving.
The bus driver was very unfriendly and cold.
I threw the drink away as the next bus was in 20 minutes.
Ryan Godden, from Customer care team was notified and replied it is due to Health and Safety!
The bus was packed, i had to leave my suitcase in an unsecured corridor in the bus and i stood all the way from the airport to the car park. Where is the Health & safety?
The driver was not bothered the suitcase was left in the corridor.
Driver was rude, very cold and unfriendly.
