Not returned cancelled tickets money after 6 months.
We cancelled 2 tickets in last week of May 2014 and was told Airfast will return the refund in 60 days.Today is November 4th, we did not get back the refund.
We made numerous calls and they keep telling we will get back the refund. The guys were saying they do not have access to the system. We request them to connect to manager or other department, but they said not to be worried, you will get back your money soon. We never experienced this before,seeking some help.
This is about 2000 USD and we need this money.

ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS WITH NO REFUND
I've cancelled my flight due to family emergency on June 22, 2014. I've been pretty patient because the customer rep consistently told me I will receive my refund within 45 business days. After 2 months, I made several calls and even talked to the supervisor but they kept assuring me that the refund process is in the final stage. I even made them write an email back to me stating that my refund will be transferred to my bank account. It's now 12/18/2014. Someone needs to sue this company or attempt to bring it down from getting other people involved into this mess. This company has the worst customer service and loyalty. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE, DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE. I am tired of calling and complaining of this company for 6 months now. If they don't give the money back, I will take legal actions and try to take it back.

Be very careful because Airfasttickets they have no licence for IATA (UK, Germany, Italy and so on). That means they can't book any kind of Tickets!!! The friendly Hotline and the cheap Tickets ist just to cash you. They are criminel like Mafia

Booked one flight with them. They said it is cancelled, because my master card didn't work. I gave them my master card number again. They booked the same flight again, which of course was more expensive now. I never got a confirmation, phoned several times, finally found out, that the flight isn't booked, but the money is gone. Calling them doesn't help, the people there hardly speak english and lie as soon as they open there mouth. Can anybody tell me, how we can stop people/internet-organisations like this? Flights paid for but could not use
I bought flight tickets to travel from Johannesburg to Male for our family holiday.
Our first nflight was from Johannesburg to Mumbai. We were immediatley deported back to South Africa as India required a visa for transit to Male. Upon arrival back in Johannesburg I contacted Airfast immediately to reroute our flights. That was on 29 June. Up till now with numerous promises I did not get any reply and had to spend another $12000 on flight tickets to get back home.

Misinformation message received on website caused double booking which they will not rectify
I made a reservation on line. I received a message stating; OH NO! Apologies! Something went wrong...we could not proceed with the booking. Your credit card was not charged. Please try again. GO BACK.
So I did. I got the same message but also received an email with a confirmation which I thought was legit. When I clicked on it I got the same message. In other words - my reservation had not been made. I thought - perhaps - it was my credit card. So, after trying a third time, I put this aside and went on with my other responsibilities. Stupidly, a week later, I tried again. This time it appeared that the reservation went through. (I used a different email address and credit card but same names and information.) When I checked my VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS card information, I saw that I had been charged TWICE for two different reservations. And then we received two emails- with two different confirmation numbers for the same two people on the same flight. RIDICULOUS. Obviously, this message that comes up on their website is a either an error or a scam.
AND when I called AIRFAST to rectify this problem (their problem) I spoke to someone who seemed to not understand much of what I was saying. He said he checked with his supervisor and there was nothing they could do because I booked the two flights on different days. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, suddenly she was in a meeting. How absurd is this. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was THEIR message led me to try booking the flight a second time and now - with two reservations on the same day, same flight, same two people - THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT THEIR ERRORT AND ARE CHARGING ME FOR FOUR TICKETS??? Just the 20 minute wait to even talk to someone would have been a turnoff. And then a 20 minute more wait for the man to "look into my problem." And now their refusal to correct this.... Stay away from AIRFASTTICKETS. I agree with ALL the negative reports on the review centre. It takes a lot to ruffle my feathers and make me lose patience...but this certain has.

Scam artist I purchase a ticket got a email saying they could not confirm payment, but money taken
You cannot post ticket price that don't exist and then hold on to customers money and have workers being rude to customers if a customer don't get what they paid for most likely they need a refund not fresh mount from workers who can't speak English properly.

I was a bit skeptical at first but decided to book anyway because it provided the lowest fare with a sensible flight time. London Gatwick to Newark on Iceland Air end of June. Upon booking on AirFastTickets, I quickly made a call to Iceland Air to make sure that my flight was actually booked and in my name. Everything was perfect!

Cancelled my flight for no reasons and proceeded to charge me full amount for ticket-costs
I am utterly shocked and disappointed to receive an email from Airfast Tickets notifying me that my booking status for my flight has been cancelled, in less than 2 hours from my positive confirmation of purchasing tickets of the flight, when i have not done anything to indicate that i wish for my flight to be cancelled. To my further horror, i noticed that my bank account has been debited with the full amount of costs for the flight-ticket which i had not at all cancelled. Tell me, is this not deceitful?! That i pay the full amount of goods/services that i would never get?!

I bought a ticket from Airfasttickets.com (was routed there from Skyscanner) due to lower price.
Recently the second leg of my trip was changed (airline cancelled the flight and re-booked me for the flight departing 5 hours later). When I called the airline to check my option they told me that I can change my first flight to the later one free of charge as well, to shorten the layover time. Unfortunately, since I bought my ticket through Airfasttickets.com airline rep could not change it and advised me to call them. This is where the trouble started.
For 48 hours I tried to do this change to no avail. I called their "customer service" several times (waited on hold for ~30 minutes each time) and was told the following: "I forwarded your request to our ticketing department", "be patient" etc. I also send emails through their website (no reply). If you call them be prepared that the person you talk to can''t do anything to help you - they just "forward your request to the relevant department"! When I called last time I was told that there were no seats available on the flight I want, which was a blatant LIE! I called airline afterwards and confirmed, that the seats are in fact available!!!
Bottom line: if you see the name Airfasttickets.com - buy at your own risk. I had bad experiences with customer service in my life, but this company has a most incompetent and lazy staff you can imagine. They don't give a s***t about their customers.

Fraud advertising Air line tickets
The Website advertised air tickets, made a purchase, transaction has been withdrawn and later received an email that the flight has been cancelled, refund is now in pending. Made a call waited for 20 minutes a guy named Nicolas Probonas answered. Asked for a full refund and needed an email confirmation regarding the refund. email stated $0.00 refund. no reason why it was cancelled
