After flying on LOT Polish Airlines, I wanna give good ol AC a 10 star review. You don't know bad till you've flown LOT. I have never had a poor experience o AC and have flown with them at least 30 times.

We flew with them 2 years ago. They were efficient at the check in. Although the meal choice was limited it was ok. Flight staff were friendly although they were a bit pushed to cover all passengers.

I purchased a flight from Saskatoon to Quebec City with one connection. AirCanada quickly changed this to 2 connections following numerous emails.
My flight doubled my travel time. I was unable to contact customer service from abroad; I live in England.
We tried to contact them in Canada to change the flight. Now the service wouldn't accept further calls or told us to wait half an hour for an advisor.
We approached customer service in the airport. Here we were told that because we weren't business class customers they couldn't change the flight to a direct connection, although they had no problem changing the flight to two connections despite our subordinate status....
Then, I had paid for 2 meals for on my original booking. Needless to say I didn't get these meals.
When I returned from my trip I emailed customer service regarding the above and asked for a refund. In Europe it's illegal for a company to charge you for a service and provide it.
A month later and I'm still waiting a response.....

Zero stars is not posible .would like to file a complaint on work of Angela Champion who has no compassion towards travel agents.we are travel agency from Slovenia .we had to reissue tickets due to schdl change and we got instructions from ca in Poland how to do the reissue .we got adms for our reissue as they were done wrongly .we submitted the proof that the tickets were reissue according to the instructions that we gor from air canada .she just kept repeting that is was our fault.meanwhile there was another schdl change in samo PNRs and we got once again the same WRONG answer from ac Poland .we sent everything again to MRS ANGELA and got no answer !!! it is not our fault and we should get ACM'S or we will stop selling ac

My wife and I just flew Air Canada for our honeymoon. Customer Service seems to be non-existent.
The morning we left, I received an update that the gate had been assigned so all seemed well. About 10 minutes after that, about 3 hours before our flight, we received a notice that our flight was cancelled. That was it. Just, oh, hi, wanted to let you know your fight’s been cancelled, have a great day. No, you’ve been rescheduled on such and such a flight, or please follow these instructions to reschedule, or anything helpful at all. I managed to do some googling to find the link to go and rebook and thankfully got on another flight that was only a few hours later not days. Still lost some time and no idea why.
On our return flight, I thought it would be a nice treat to upgrade our seats to preferred seats. When we were checking in online, I selected 2 preferred seats for us, was taken to a payment screen where I entered my details and credit card and completed the transaction. I received an email receipt for the upgrade charges and my CC was billed. The electronic boarding passes we received had our preferred seats displayed. All was well until we were boarding. At that time the gate agent printed us new boarding passes which had us sitting further back, outside the preferred seating section, in row 24. No explanation for the change was provided.
I immediately filled out the Air Canada form explaining this matter, providing screenshots of the electronic boarding pass and the new paper boarding pass as evidence. I did receive a case number, but after that, nothing. After 10 business days there’s still no update and I’ve received no refund.
Unfortunately there’s nothing I can do about the first delay, but I’m damn sure going to get my money back for the upgrade we didn’t receive. Next steps are a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (not surprisingly, Air Canada has an F rating there, so probably that won’t go anywhere) and then once 15 business days have passed I’ll start disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Very poor customer service regarding medical issues. Only chargeable toll numbers from UK. Spent 8 pounds holding on waiting for someone to answer phone. Gave up. Managed to get an email address sent message only to find out payment is required for a seat required by a disabled person unless you fly to or from the USA. Have never had this from any other major airline.. Discrimination against us BRITS

Nightmare!!!! I was sceduled for a short trip from Seattle to Prince Edward island throught this Airline. I already lost a whole day because the flight from Toronto to my final destination is cancelled. They don't give hotels vouchers too.You pay on your won since it's weather related. On my way back, my flight from Charlottetown to Seattle took me almost 48 hrs wait in the airport running to catch the flight or flights delays or cancellation. They are unorganized and on top of that not helpful.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! If you ever board ,you are the luckiest person on the earth. If your flight is not delayed nor cancelled, you are blessful ! The only word you hear from the agent, run run...!!! Or Good luck catching your flight....!! That if you are lucky too! Most of the agents are angry and mean, since they unorganized and screwed!! Dear customer, your dream trip is gona turn to be a nightmare, till you develop a phobia from travelling.
