I have bought 3 items online. I wanted to return one item. In the return page of Agnes B website not instructions is given of returning goods. I call customer service uk (twice) and the operation did not know anything about the subject and didn’t have any “can do attitude “ that could have helped the matter in question. With great patience I succeeded to organised a DHL pick up day, unfortunately DHL never came. In the end I am left with my unwanted item with not willingness to face an other long customer service conversation with untrained individual. I will never purchase again from this company, online or in their shop.

NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM AGNES B! I ordered two t shirts - to be shipped from France to London. £12 delivery fee was steep, but the items were sold out in the U.K. The order arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped - but only contained one T shirt. I called customer service to explain. They were initially charming but said they had shipped two out (clearly they hadn’t) and practically accused me of lying! I was told I needed to email a sworn statement to say I had only received one, and to include my National ID! When I said we didn’t have ID cards in the U.K. he started arguing with me, saying we did! I asked about my Drivers Licence and he said that wasn’t a valid ID (??). He told me to email my PASSPORT via an insecure email to a CLOTHES SHOP for a refund for a mistake THEY MADE! Furthermore, he gave me an I valued email address. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I receive faulty goods returned them by Royal Mail as DHL failed to collect these. Agnes B customer services told me to returned them and pay postage and I will receive a refund and this never happened. I made numerous calls and still didn’t get anywhere and calls cost me so much I am even more out of pocket.

Like other customers I had an excruciating experience trying to return an unwanted item. I booked DHL twice and twice they didn't turn up. Agnes B then sent a post office label. I duly returned it and month later they variously claimed it had just turned up or that it hadn't arrived yet. Utter frustrating chaos. In the end I put it into dispute with my credit card company and had the full amount refunded including postage. I will never buy online from them again.

I ordered a dress online and returned it immediately (wring fit) though it took over a month, and around ten calls/emails to actually get my refund. Although they said they would refund my postage they haven’t done so yet. Having had such difficulty even getting the cost of the dress back I am hesitant to waste more time on the postage.

I'm a long term customer of Agnes b, and their menswear collection is very much part of my personal style; recently I've found their pricing level disproportionate and unreasonable - in this I feel they are alienating some long term customers. Also I have found the quality of their shirts has decreased in relation to the above.
