I shop online more than thousands of dollars just this store alone, just bc I need 3 outfits every week no repeat, I have no problem with my order at all, price are good, shipping is free and fast thou sometime size small a bit tight and I returned with no problem. Too bad they are going out business filed bankruptcy closed many stores. I hope online store remain open. Thanks agaci!!

For starters you can no longet reach them by phone you must email. Once email them they say they've received your request and immediately close your ticket with no resolution or response. Lets talk their reward system...they say that your rewards immediately post after shipping...another joke. At one point I was placing orders every other week and you'd think they'd want to keep me as a loyal Customer...nope I'd spend months stalking them with no response just to get the rewards I earned....needless to say I will not be doing any business anymore....I don't even care how much it costs at this point...I will gladly buy it elsewhere.

Received $150 gift card from my daughter for my birthday. She was told by the in store sales person before purchasing that I can use on line since I live 2.5hrs away from nearest store. LIES LIES LIES. No place to put gift card during checkout, they will gladly accept your credit card. Disappointed with A'GACI.

Hi My name is Kristina, a very good customer of Agaci. I started shopping in your stores when I would travel to other states for work until you opened up in my hometown on LI , NY where I continued to shop. Over a year ago I was gifted a gift card worth $100 , when I went to use in online to purchase goods back in December (online because you closed down your Long Island, NY location) I added lots of things to my cart, then unbenounced to me, as I checked out - I was shocked to find out you no longer accepted gift cards online per a week prior. I spoke to a customer service agent who didn't even realize you did not accept gift cards online as it was a shock to her as well. After a frustrating hour on the phone of her telling me I could not use it and me explaining that there was no more agaci stores in NY - she told me there was nothing she could do and I would have to eat the $100. Stupid me still purchased goods from your site even though I was livid to be out the $100.
I went ahead and sold my gift card for $72 online in December (loosing out on $28 of the worth) . 2 weeks ago I had a charge to my amex for $72 gift card because the purchaser also tried to use the G.C online and in store and you told them you would not accept it either. So now, I am out the $100 gift card since its useless to me, AND OUT OF MY OWN MONEY AM OUT $72 which was charged to my card by the second party sellers because your card fails to work everywhere.
I have wrote and called previously and have heard NOTHING IN RESPONSE. I am absolutely livid as I am such an avid shopper and customer. I beg that you reimburse me all the money lost or credit me in some way . This really is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, as I am also in the industry and would never treat a customer like this.

My boyfriend got me a gift card for Christmas. We don't have A'GACI store near our area, but when he got it at the store they told him that we can use a gift card online. So I wanted to order a couple of things online recently. There is no option for a gift card, they want only your credit card. Costumer service is sucks! When I called the lady on the phone spoke broken English, I barely could understand her. Then I asked for a manager , well she told me that I can't use a gift card online. WHAT ??? I have NEVER EVER experience anything like this! No other clothing brand would not allow you to use a gift card online. 1. I don't have any A'GACI stores in my area. 2 when we got a gift card the sell person at the store did tell us that we can use it online. So give me my money back , or fix your damn website! This is a RIP OFF!!!!!!!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would! Steer far away from this company. I ordered something quick and cheap online to wear to a last minute function and paid for priority shipping. They do not honor priority shipping so do not waste your money. My order was "processing" for days. Customer service is extremely rude. I spoke to 3 different representatives and each time i called back the service got worse. The reps kept talking over me, Repeating the same scripted notes in a condescending tone. "Ma'am like i already told you" while chomping on gum. Ghetto is an understatement and believe me I'm no prude. Im completely disgusted. I am currently disputing the charges with my bank since the company was no help. Seriously, do not shop here not here!! For someone to take the time out of their day to write a negative review you have to be treated pretty badly. Save your money and energy and find that item on a different site!!!

I ordered four items in my online order, and the next day I got an email saying two of my items were cancelled per my request, when I had never asked for them to cancel them. When the remaining two items arrived, one of the shirts were not what I ordered. I went to talk to their live chat customer support, and he told me that my shirt's tag had the right number. I kept trying to tell him that the shirt that came was completely different from what was pictured on their website (style & material, since I ordered an off-shouldered sweater and a long sleeved shirt with ruffles on the sides came), and that I just wanted the correct item, but he told me that obviously I just didn't like the shirt, and to just return it. If I simply disliked the shirt, I wouldn't have asked customer support, I would've just returned it!

Looking at the awful reviews I was weary to shop here but I had to get something since they were having a 40% sale for Memorial Day. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes and it took a week to deliver. I was extremely happy about the shoes and Ive ordered since then with no issues so far.

I just found their website and instantly fell in love with everything.... I spent 2 days shopping and adding things to my cart... I finally was ready to order and was completely taken back by the shipping costs.... I live in Ontario, Canada..... my entire order costed $120.87.....shipping costs were $119. I cannot physically believe this... so I emailed customer service thinking it must have been a mistake.... I was told the shipping is estimated by your area (fine I get that)... so I asked where the product ships from and was told Kentucky..... so apparently from Kentucky to Ontario it costs $119 to ship.... absolutely bull$#*!. I've ordered from Australia before and shipping was only $10 and that was across the entire world. lol. I'm so disappointed ... I wanted a lot of items from the site but I cannot justify spending the same amount for shipping then what my order is. absolutely ridiculous.... if you don't live in the U.S don't buy.

Don't even bother to contact customer care they will never help you I spoke to Robert Thomas a MANAGER well he had the nastiest attitude Ive ever heard...I purchased 16 items online only received 12 and was promised I was refunded then a few days later they sent me an email saying they couldn't refund so I called and spoke to him and he was so nasty and full of attitude...are they really customer care...Agaci is a beautiful store but will lose all my business because of people like them who do not care about the people who are the reasons why they receive a salary in the first place...I hate people with stink attitudes..the man never gave me a chance to talk he spoke above me and ignored anything I said...

I fell in love with burgundy shorts. Not available in store, so I decided to shop online. Found the shorts and added a few more items. At check out, my order would not go through. Called customer service and they told me it was my Master Card. Verified my credit and my card was in good standing. Tried placing the order online and again with the a customer service representative. The only reason I placed the order was for the shorts and they were no longer available after 2 days of trying. How the hell was that possible!!!! They were still showing in my bag. System should remove the item automatically!!! Spoke to the supervisor MARIE and she was no help whatsoever. She only stated the obvious with her remarks "We can only order it in another color". Umm duh!!! But I didn't want another color. WTF???

At this point officially it has been more than a month since when I have been trying to return my stuff at the Agaci store. I donot understand their email system. Every time I get a response saying you will hear from Agaci via email, I never received this email. I have been calling Agaci endlessly and trying to send the returns. They have a pretty screwed up online return process for a return label. I like the customer support staff. But Agaci's return policy is pretty bad. I have been yelling at people for no fault of their own. Neither they return my money nor do they take the product back.

I made a purchase of more than 200, when my order arrived I was not in the place where I live due to an emergency in my family, I returned had spent 1 day of the 30 possible to make cmbios, several garments run girls for which I just wanted to make size change not get a refund !!! After waiting 3 months for an answer, I could not change my size and I lost my time, money and clothes. Without noting that they made me send the clothes to spend shipping to return everything again, Costumer Service does not exist is not there to help the customer! !Never buy again

I've only ever shopped in a store in the Mall of America. I thought the workers were very nice to me at least. I was searching for rompers and they pointed me in the right direction. I ended up buying two shirts, a romper, and a pair heels for under $100. Everything fit amazingly! But I need to find a dress for a dinner cruise coming up in May and I'm interested in ordering online. After reading mixed reviews I don't know for sure what I'm going to do yet. I guess I'll just have to see

I've only ever ordered online which sounds like the way to go based on the reviews... I have always had a great experience with them. I constantly order clothes from there because they have free returns so it's not a hassle to return anything that doesn't fit. They are pretty quick too... the last order I placed was on the 19th, it shipped the 20th and was delivered the 24th. The credit for the returns is quick also... way better than ordering from Tobi. I would recommend Agaci but order online (free shipping over $50).

There was not one worker that helped me willingly. Each worker Ive asked for help had an attitude. The store was a mess like it has always been. The old management team was better. Especially Edgar hes was fiesty but was always willing to help. Where is he? They need a new Edgar at great mall

This job was genuinely the worst experience I've ever had, management stole and got away with it by accusing other employees when the employees found out, nobody trained new employees right, regular employees were fired and management just got slaps on the wrist, pay and scheduling was AWFUL!! Would not recommend this job to even my enemies. DO NOT work for Ingram Park Mall Agaci!!

I ordered online, which judging by the reviews seems to be the best way to get satisfactory results (probably because of the customer service online absence). I got everything within 5 business days of ordering. The shoes I got were not top-quality, but I wouldn't expect expensive material out of shoes that were >$20. Clothing wise, everything fit perfectly and the material seems like good quality. And the prices are awesome! I also love that A'Gaci gives student discounts. As a college student, I need to save as much as possible :) I will 100% be shopping at A'Gaci again!
